I have tried to contact this store regarding my order placed in August.
I started messaging Early November and have messaged 13 times and got a generic reply or to be told they would look into it.
Phoned and said would be fixed after making me repeat my entire order. And offering me a partial refund.
Still nothing.
My wedding is fast approaching and i doubt Im getting my order

Subpar products and terrible communication.
Placed an order for personalised gifts on the 22/10. Realised after placing the order I had spelt a name wrong so I emailed AND called and was assured my order would be corrected. Items received after 6 weeks (not the 3-4 weeks as described) and the name was still spelt incorrectly. Got in contact, new box delivered 2 weeks later - name is correct but its not the box I ordered. Too late to correct. I did get a refund for this but only because I used PayPal. No apology email. Opened the other 2 boxes to wrap them today and they are badly dented ...Read more
and the clasp on one of them is broken and unable to be repaired. Kicking myself for not opening them earlier but they were bubble wrapped so I didnt expect them to be damaged. Customer service and communication is really poor so I wont hold my breath for a refund.2 comments

So disappointed!!!!!
I made an order with Little Boo-Teek at the start of November for my childrens teacher presents. I chased up my order 3 weeks later to which I was told my order would be despatched in 10 days. Taking a while but at least I would have it for my kids christmas parties at school. 2 weeks later still hadnt heard anything so I tried for 3 days to contact them with no reply. Terrible service!
I placed an order on the 6th of Nov for some teacher gifts. I hadn't received a confirmation email so i sent a message on facebook on the 14th Nov to ensure my order was placed properly as i had now paid for it as which was not replied to...i sent another on the 24th of Nov to be told my order had been processed and would be shipped within 10 days...i waited...nothing!
I then sent an email on the 10th Dec to be told that my order had been processed and i should have it now, if not i would be issued with a refund or a rushed order, this email has now not been replied to after I have sent another follow up.
Utterly disappointed, worst service and wont be purchasing from here again!

Incompetent / Terrible communication
My order arrived with missing items inside my parcel.
I have emailed them directly, sent private messages on social media and still no response. I understand mistakes are made but what's disappointing is the 0 communication back from this business.
I wish I had checked their reviews prior to making my purchase .
I will never purchase from them again.

Poor communication & yet to receive items
I ordered a pre-order item back at the start of October that I am yet to receive. I have sent countless emails and even Facebook messaged and been told that they will chase it up however nobody has gotten back to me to tell me where my order is. Poor communication and it is such a let down as I really loved the look of the items I ordered.

Poor communication and delivery
The item finally arrived however it arrived too late to give to my sons teacher. Extremely disappointing as I was advised it was being sent express on Thursday (5/12/19) evening after I advised I needed it by Monday at the latest. Australia Post tracking tells me it was actually only sent on Monday (9/12/19) so there was no chance it would arrive to me on time. Buyer beware!
Worst customer service ever! Took 6 weeks to get my delivery and it was wrong. Emailed them 4 times and no response. Its now too late to try and get a new one in time for Christmas. A wasted $50 but I will be putting in a dispute with the bank to get my money back as they have been given multiple opportunities to rectify their mistake. I wouldve been have happy with store credit as I know mistakes happen but to outright ignore me is not on. First and last time I will order from them.

Quality Product & Service
I have to admit, I was concerned about my purchase after I read these reviews, but the lolly jars arrived yesterday and they are gorgeous! There was a little delay in getting them, but Tina responded to all my emails and calls and reassured me my order would be delivered. She even express posted them to me so I would have them by the date I needed them.

No response unless you complain loudly
Received a badly damaged box after ordering online. Hate complaining usually but this was to be a gift and now cannot give it as it is in such bad condition. Would not have bought it like this in a store!! Wrote an email which was ignored, then complained on Facebook twice which managed to then get an email response but interestingly the fb post was quote-unquote accidentally deleted. After replying, there has been no response again, even after a follow up email. After reading other reviews, seems like you do not get attention until you complain. Generally happy to support small businesses but so annoyed and disappointed that I will never order from here again.

Teacher's gift - lollie jars
I was really concerned about purchasing these as I read bad reviews after I made my purchase. I contacted the store and Tina put my mind at ease. She confirmed the time frames for delivery and I was happy to proceed. Tina communicated with me every step of the way. The jars came within the time specified (and this is slightly longer than other online stores but the gifts were personalised so it is understandable). And they are absolutely gorgeous. I cannot wait for my daughter to give these out to her day care teachers. They are exactly true to their picture but larger than I thought which is fantastic. I have now ordered further products and cannot wait for my Christmas Eve boxes to arrive.

5 months and still no product
I purchased one of their Molossi Amour Drop Box for my wedding in December 2022. I got in early and placed the order June 2022. It has been over 5 months and we still haven't received our product. I've phoned and left messages as they are always out of office. I have sent Facebook messages and emails. Their replies are either non existent or very delayed.
We were promised that a new one was made and sent out expressed shipped one month ago which has not arrived. And the latest is that we were re-expressed shipped the item and given a tracking number which does not work.
Our emails have since gone unanswered.

Faulty Product and Poor Customer Service
I purchased the dinosaur LED soft touch lamp from this store. It was shipped quickly after purchased and arrived soon after via Australia post. Unfortunately this is where my positive experience ends. The product arrived faulty in that it only works when plugged into a power source despite the batteries being fully charged, and the light constantly flickers.
