Very disappointed...
I've placed admin order at the end of October, 2 weeks ago. I still. Haven't received anything. Tried to contact the business via phone and email... Haven't heard anything back. The items I purchased are a birthday present I needed to receive on time.. I'm very disappointed!!!

A good ending
Looking at all the reviews and not being able to contact the shop for a few days I decided to look at the reviews - I ordered 2 weeks ago a baby book and a plush pully toy, neither had shipping delays in the description - when this review went to mediation this shop contacted me within minutes and my order was shipped within 2 business days.

Christmas Eve boxes x3
I saw an add online somewhere for these Christmas Eve boxes and bought them without even checking reviews on the company which is something I NEVER do! After I spent $170 on these boxes I googled the company saw the TERRIBLE reviews and started freaking out! from the start. Throughout my 6 week wait I sent a few msgs to check on my order and was answered within a 24hr timeframe. My products arrived exactly when they said they would and I absolutely LOVE them!! This company has a bad rep but I have nothing but praises for the customer service as well as their products of which are of a high standard! Will most definitely be recommending to friends and family and will certainly be using them again in the future! im so glad I didnt read the reviews before purchasing because I never wouldve purchased from here and I wouldve missed out on an amazing online shopping experience!Similar opinion? Sick of being ignored!
Pre Ordered 2 x Kinder Surprise Advent calendars in JULY and still have not received them. I was happy to wait the 6 weeks manufacturing time. Got the email to say they have been shipped but that was 6 weeks ago. Emails have been ignored. I sent a message on Facebook 4 WEEKS AGO and got a reply saying they would submit an inquiry to Australia Post. All messages have been ignored since. Do not buy from this company. Garbage customer service.

then contacted us to advise that your items had not been received. We confirmed your shipping details and sent through consignment information. We then lodged a dispute with Australia Post. Your original parcel was located and is back in transit to you. Unfortunately, when things like this happen in transit, it is extremely frustrating for us as a company as well. I feel like they have stolen money from me!!!!
Ordered over 2 months ago and paid for express postage. Followed up 4 weeks after I ordered to be told they would be express posting my item within 1-2 business days. That was on the 25th of September and it is now the 21st of OCTOBER!!! Since then I have asked for a full refund and they have totally ignored my messages! Where is my product that I paid for!!?? I seriously believe this website is a scam and I am so annoyed!!

Horrible!
Would give no stars if possible.
I ordered three baby books (over $150) four months ago. I have emailed countless times to be told they were delayed, should be to me soon, are being express posted with a partial refund and so on. I have not received the books or any refund. I have asked multiple times now for my money to be refunded but now they aren’t not responding.
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Having now read other comments here, I can see I’m not the first to have these problems. Will obviously never purchase here again and would recommend others to avoid.

If I could give no stars I would
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I purchased some party supplies but a few days later wanted to cancel the order. I have emailed three times and called once to NO response. Whether they've read the email to cancel my order I don't know but I have received nothing and not gotten a refund either!

Worst store and product ever!
I ordered 1 night light and my toddlers love it so the day it arrived I jumped back on and ordered another. Worst idea! The first light stopped working after 2 weeks, the second light still hasn’t been delivered after 5 weeks! Absolutely disgraceful! I have emailed numerous of times with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM LITTLE BOO TEEK!!!!

Poor communication - horrendously long shipping
After shopping here previously and knowing that they take ages to ship, I placed an order 6 weeks before the products were needed to make sure that I received them in time.
Now, six weeks in, after knowing that there would be a 2-3 week delay, I have sent an email and made multiple calls and no response.
If the business isn't capable of taking the number of orders placed, maybe they should scale back on their social media presence and focus on delivering a service.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would!
I ordered a New Daddy Survival Kit on the 06 August and still have not received it. I ordered it for my husbands birthday this month thinking I had left enough time for postage.
I sent multiple emails with no reply. I also sent an Instagram msg after seeing they were online.. Only to be ignored. I then wrote another msg the following day asking if they were going to write back to my instagram msg or my emails.

The worst online retailer
I am honestly in shock this place is still running. I ordered a named wooden sign through their website, knowing it could take up to 4 weeks. 6 weeks later still nothing. I started communication at 4 weeks. Anyway long story short. After a lot of empty promises 9 weeks later and bad quality. Tried to leave a review on there fb page and was never put up. But very careful. They will take your money and hope you forget about it.

Shipping takes way longer than stated on website.
I sadly have ordered a second time after the first experience was bad. I thought I’d try again. This will be my last.
It’s been two weeks, shipping states 10 days. I’m being told another few weeks???
Clearing not being honest on the website.
And I’ve just read other reviews for the first time, dear me! You guys are doing things again and again..

Where is my order, can no one reply to multiple emails or calls
So I purchased an Aroma-Snooze Sleep-Aid Vapouriser - White which came to $128 with delivery, $29 more than advertised on the Facebook ad, which was fine I guess it was just the blue one that was $99.. Wish I had read other reviews first
I purchased a book from this company and I have still not received it. I have emailed and tried to contact the company via facebook messages and still no reply. I am very dissapointed as I really was looking forward to start documenting my babys milestones. I will be lodging a dispute with paypal and will be following up with fair trading.

Disgraceful
I ordered a pre sale order in May and understood I would not receive until the end of June. It’s the middle of god damn August! Apparently there was a shipment issue. Multiple phone calls and Facebook msgs and bloody nothing. I’ve spent over $100 and got nothing. I will be demanding for my order until I get it. No refund no nothing. Will be taking further action until the website is shut down.
