Parts missing
I ordered this product from Toys R Us for my son's first birthday. We took everything out of the box ready to assemble however the 2 bolts that are meant to hold the wheels on were missing from the packaging. I have tried to contact Little Tikes customer service, their spare parts department and Toys R us but none of the phone numbers provided even work. All I could do was fill out a generic form on the toys r us website. So now I don't have a main gift for my son. Very angry and disappointed

Dangerous product
I've made my purchase for this walker off toys r us, and i should've put more effort in researching it and reading reviews because it's an awful product and I'll break down why into different points for those considering it :
1- If you make a mistake putting this together it can't be undone as written in the instruction booklet
2- All instructions were followed during assembly yet the front right wheel casually locks itself while your little one is in full speed causing them to trip and fall
3- There's 2 locks in the back that allow the back...
Read more legs to fold, they will too unlock at random bending the back legs while in use. 4- if you're having problems with this product and you wish to contact manufacturer expect no reply. The only good thing about it is the light show and the fun games on the panel, if you're looking into a stand and play type thing without the walker part then you've found it.
Purchased in at Toys R Us / Babies R Us Online store for $60.

my little one loves it
Putting it together is a little time consuming and not the easiest but love the wide base of the wheels and how they have a rubber grip on all wheels. My little one takes off holding onto it and it is so incredibly sturdy and easy for her to push along without it running away from her like other walkers we have tried. The music and lights kicking in once it gets moving is encouraging and my daughter bops and dances in between her steps. The toy section is ok its not quite as impressive as others I have seen but my little one enjoys the buttons,...
Read more music & lights and the peekaboo slider. It is a 3 in one that can be used for floor play, standing or a walker but found the walker mode and standing mode to be a better fit for us. Would definitely recommend it to others especially if their little ones are not the most sturdy on their feetPurchased in at Target Australia.

My son didn’t like at first but now he loves it!!
time consuming to assemble, doesnt play much music or draw enough attention to keep my son entertained . My son started using this at 6 months as he is taking steps though the recommended age is from 9-36 months it took him 3 months to finally get used to it and at 11 months old I noticed he can’t live without it!!! . I would recommend it to others.
