2nd Home loan with Loans.com for an Investment this time and it was another awesome experience. From beginning to end of Loan process, the Information, Easiness and Prompt Service was by far the best. Have had other home loans with 1/4 Big Banks and another Reputable Qld Bank and Loans.com were so much easier to deal with. Thank you Loans.com you will have these happy Customers for a long time.

Excellent customer service from the very beginning. Staff were respectful and considerate and honest with their information. Everything went smoothly through OnTrack, easy to upload and send messages. Always prompt acknowledgements via SMS and messages within the app. There were no extra costs or hidden surprises, exactly as discussed. The interest rate offered was FANTASTIC at 3.1% and even after the RBA rise during the process, our current rate is 3.6%. Our previous loan was at 4.71%.

The whole process was very efficient and easy to work through. Staff were friendly and helpful and you don't have to go through a myriad of pre-recorded messages and button pressing before you could talk to a human who could actually help you!!

they promised me full approval, all easy and confident in communication., then when full approval time came, their so called insurance company called GEMWORTH denied my loan.

After 12 months ago going through a broker we got mucked around and was so difficult I refixed our mortgage for twelve months. It was coming out of fixed so started searching and sent enquire to loans.com.au. Shocked to receive phone call the next day! Amazing customer service easy to use portal. We settled yesterday the whole process taking less than a month. Highly recommend this company from previous experience I dreaded having to sort mortgage but these guys made it easier than I could ever imagine!

It is the 2nd time I used loans.com.au to settle a investment property purchased in Perth. Last time I refinanced with them back in 2012.

Compared with other non-bank lender, their service including the App provided is miles ahead of other. Highly recommended for anyone who has difficulty raising fund due to DTI problems.

Brilliant and easy service for my SMSF loan. From the initial sales call in reply to my website enquiry to settlement yesterday, their service was transparent and first class. The very convenient and easy to use OnTrack loans app allowed quick and easy upload of documents and they reviewed scanned images first, then once everything was verified, they asked me to post the documents which I did. The online message feature was very nice and the loans specialist was very prompt in answering all queries. Always open to a phone call if online didnt quite cut it, so overall a fantastic service.

Web interface was good - with occasional emails and phone calls at critical times.

Having dealt with other banks for previous loans I can say objectively that loans.com.au are the most straight forward and easiest to deal with of all the lenders I have had previous experience with.

They were very helpful along the journey to getting our construction loan approved and did not go overboard with asking for an excessive amount of detail.

Their customer service team is also very quick in responding to queries.

In essence you will end up with a loan that is roughly on par with the major lenders in terms of interest rates but the experience along the way is much less stressful.

I have been with loans.com for 10 years and now I want to increase my loan at an LVR of 20%.
Will not give me better than standard rate which is 1.00% higher than the discounted rate.
Waited for 2 weeks for them to come back and then they said they had nothing on file indicating a conversation ever took place.
This is really poor and a prime example of being penalised for loyalty.
Oh well, lucky I have found a good mortgage broker.
