Liz from MAC at Robina Shopping Centre in QLD (David Jones store) saved my day! I had a makeup appointment booked with Napoleon Perdis and no one showed up... Liz was able to squeeze a quick makeup appointment in. She not only made my day but did an amazing job and recommended really great products to buy. Thank you again Liz! I will definitely be back to book another make-up appointment in with you and be recommending MAC to all family & friends.

Made an online order nearly 2 weeks ago (12 days). Ordered on the 19th. It’s the 31st. I’m still waiting and customer service blame Aus Post but I am receiving deliveries for orders made after my MAC order. Very slow service.

Worst customer service by the so called team leader at Mac store (on Boxing day at 2.pm) Myer Cairns Central. Would never step my foot in there. You are an absolute disgrace to an amazing brand. Such a shame MAC couldn't get it right when they were hiring YOU!

Wow, never buy a Mac gift card!! Don't even gift them to someone!
So one of the workers at MAC Broadway put through a $107 purchase as $200 on my gift card, and after 2 weeks of NO response, Mac will NOT return the money. Do not buy these gift cards, the workers will use them!! Absolutely disgusting. Thank god there are now cheaper products that provide the exact same coverage. Will never purchase another product.

Just to add to the rest of the negative feedback on this page ...
I purchased a "Fling" eyebrow styler/pen not two months ago; paid good money; used it lightly for subtle shape enhancement and now discover that the pen is down to nearly zero!!

I will go back to using Estee Lauder.
Their eyebrow pens credit much more bang for your buck!

I really love tbis foundation because it is Very long wearing. It has a lovely matte finish.i found it super Easy to apply plus the coverage that it gives is amazing

I have been searching for years for the perfect nude lipstick and have found it with MAC's Velvet Teddy. It's smooth, creamy and the colour is not over powering, making it perfect for every day.

This is my fourth MAC Chili lipstick, I just got compliments on it all the time. It is a brownish orange shade of red that suits my golden skin undertone perfectly. The texture is a creamy matte, not powdery like some other brands. Blot it for a more faded casual look or go heavy-handed for more defined red lips. I used this everyday, this has to be one of MAC's best sellers.

So, I have to say I’ve bought $3 mascaras that are better than this “quality” product. It’s the complete opposite of everything you could want. I cried a little it was so bad, now this could’ve of been from the smudge or clumps of mascara that have invaded my eye from my application or just the sheer bad quality of this product. I had to use 3 clean mascara brushes to de-clump and separate my lashes. The product made my lashes dry and it irritated me to no end.
The formula and the brush just don’t work it could be that the bristles are too short or the formula too thick. No idea but MAC I deserve better from you! I’ll stick to some good old favourites from Bobbi brown and Revlon.

I just can’t say how bad this product is.

I went yesterday, -8/08/19- and Isabella was in charge of me. It seemed she did not want to work or she was in a bad mood. At first I asked her help to buy a concealer (gift for a friend). She told me that it was difficult to buy it for another person, that I should buy a lipstick. I showed her a picture so that she could help me to chose the correct tone and she gave me two options. When I noted her apathy, I went and ask the other girl who was making up another client (she was very nice by the way) and helped me to choose between both product...

I love my MAC Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation, when i put it on top of my BB cream, it doesn't cake and make my face look flat like other pressed powder. It gives me an additional coverage.

I have been using this product for years now, it is affordable for a good band.
About the foundation, I am not too sure but its lipsticks are too good.

MAC has always been my “go to” makeup - particularly for lipsticks. Today I was in the market for a new one and went into Myer Castle Hill. There was only one rep and she was quite rushed. I was interested in the Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolour. I accidentally dropped the Tester and it broke at the wand. I cleaned it up myself using their wipes and did proceed to buy it - $42. I unpackaged it and put it in my handbag & put it on at the shopping centre. It fell out of my handbag in the lift to my apartment and shattered again! Big packaging flaw MAC. Not happy.!

I booked a one on one makeup session with MAC sydney to learn some techniques to apply makeup. They made me look like zombie and i learnt zero from them. I contacted their customer service and believe me they have horrible horrible customer service. I have been promised to be contacted by regional manager several times but still no contact. Its a brand with the most pathetic customer service.
