I was thinking of purchasing through makeitmine but these comments have put me off. Let's be real most people that purchase this way have to because we don't have the capacity to purchase outright or get credit for large items. What an awful way to treat people.

Yea I’m still waiting for mine to come, after all that waiting time and calling me telling me that they will send it out, then say it’s out of stock. Have to wait for a different company to send it. Been waiting over 3 weeks now and still nothing.

How are they at repairing or replacing items? I have been renting a Samsung S10+ and it has recently broken. I have contacted them, an am waiting on it being assessed. Am hoping for a replacement, and will be happy to pay the $99.00 fee to cancel the contract and get a new one
