Make It Mine

I applied for phone and didnt finish my application (stage3) and when they cheked my file it dropped 100+ points even i didnt accepted offer.
People dont deal with them it is ripp off

Provided with Samsung A8 Galaxy by my Stepson.
Make it Mine has locked it out.
No phone call to resolved whatever issue they had. They just cause grief to a Pensioner. Nice People. I don't recommend buying anything from this company,

DON'T USE 'MAKE IT MINE' use Afterpay or Zip pay etc. You're better off using your money else where then paying more then the item your wanting. I definitely do not reccommend!

Started a no interest contract to purchase a bundle and have had no problems with the order. Next order arrived earlier than expected and in excellent condition. Would highly recommend MIM to others in the future.

I like how the products can be bundled and payment plans are cheap and affordable. Buy, rent it or layby, either way you will be satisfied. Great customer service too.

Needed a lap top agreed to pay over $1000.00 for a cheap laptop. Took weeks for laptop to come had made 3 payments before it arrived. Laptop has never worked properly it's stuffed not even a year later they didn't want to hear about it. Only cared about money. Will never use them ever again was a complete waste of money for poor quality

Started a no-interest contract on my iPhone 8+ in Jan 19, ended up smashing my phone and they sent me a brand new one, I did have to pay $99 for it but no biggie there. Still have the second phone and no issues other than now this one has a smashed back.

Make it mine take a whole week to process an application, just to be told you’re declined and you can do a layby instead, no other company has declined me doing a rental, only these guys twice now, just a waste of time.

Have used make it mine for 2 years first time got a tv no problem the second time I chose to lay by for 6 months and a $1085 later my lounge and recliner arrived I got them early because I was a great payer and my purchase arrived early I was excited took the plastic off and put the 3 seater together the back piece was bending OMG I’ve paid for this piece of crap for 6 months asked for my money back only to be told no refunds now I have a lounge that I hate and
Not worth what I paid for I’ve been taken for a ride ....any one considering using this company don’t waste your time they are a complete joke....

I have been buying stuff from make it mine in Victoria for about 13 years and never defaulted on payment not once, I remember the office use to be off Dorset rd, so I apply to get a gaming pc and get approved and fill out the form"contract" give them a date to take the money from the bank, give them all my personal information and then the next day I receive an email saying that my application was rejected, I cant understand why I was treated like a piece of rubbish after being loyal for so long . there are 100s of places now where you can get rent to buy so don't let some nothing who thinks they are God have all your details just to let you down, this once was a good service now they are useless

While the idea is wonderful and I'm sure there are some good ones out there, I received crap. I had pieces missing, pieces taped together and others were horribly bent. In contacting customer service, they tried to make it appear what I receive was acceptable even with the pictures I sent. I do not recommend this product whatsoever.

I got a phone through make itmine and about 3 months later it started to freeze up anyway I contacted them to get them to replace it as I'm paying $14.95 a fortnoght for it and they said that they couldn't but to send the phone back but the catch was I still had to pay my contract out now that's not right

I've been treated great by the staff. I can't wait to receive my upgraded device! They're entitled to make a profit. I've NEVER had any dramas with MIM, I guess everyone has had different experiences.

No way would i use this web store. I lookes at a PS4 1TB console there only $549 at eb games. Now Make it mine wants $1370 for it no way . So i just afterpay it from eb games.

I bought a Samsung off gumtree in January 2022. It was locked three days ago by Make It Mine. Apparently it was sold while under contract to them. They havent replied to my email attempts, and over the phone advised we have to return the phone to them and they wont help us. There was no way to know the phone was with them - nothing on the phone said it was encumbered. IMEI number was clean.

We now have a useless phone and will have to buy a new one and swallow the cost of two phones. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.

I was accepted earlier today for my application, received a text to say I had been accepted. I was out all day so didn't bother to sign papers etc until I got home. I then received an email and text whilst I was out to say my contract had been signed and waiting for first payment. I didn't even sign my contract so I decided to check the contract that apparently I signed and they literally computer typed my name on it. I am extremely mad tried to call them no answer so now I will be taking legal action.

This company has made me wait 4 months for my product and made me wait for my refund just to find out they never cancelled my contract. Never go through this company for anything. They are a messed. They don't make out who they say they are and you never receive your goods. You'll be waiting for months on end like I have and it is unexceptable. Crap company ever known to man

They were quick to take my bank details and my ID and wanted the 25% deposit before I even got approved and then got declined. 20 minute process so definitely would not recommend using this site. Tried another site for my goods and have been approved and has already been sent.
