I have been buying stuff from make it mine in Victoria for about 13 years and never defaulted on payment not once, I remember the office use to be off Dorset rd, so I apply to get a gaming pc and get approved and fill out the form"contract" give them a date to take the money from the bank, give them all my personal information and then the next day I receive an email saying that my application was rejected, I cant understand why I was treated like a piece of rubbish after being loyal for so long . there are 100s of places now where you can get rent to buy so don't let some nothing who thinks they are God have all your details just to let you down, this once was a good service now they are useless

While the idea is wonderful and I'm sure there are some good ones out there, I received crap. I had pieces missing, pieces taped together and others were horribly bent. In contacting customer service, they tried to make it appear what I receive was acceptable even with the pictures I sent. I do not recommend this product whatsoever.

I got a phone through make itmine and about 3 months later it started to freeze up anyway I contacted them to get them to replace it as I'm paying $14.95 a fortnoght for it and they said that they couldn't but to send the phone back but the catch was I still had to pay my contract out now that's not right

I've been treated great by the staff. I can't wait to receive my upgraded device! They're entitled to make a profit. I've NEVER had any dramas with MIM, I guess everyone has had different experiences.

No way would i use this web store. I lookes at a PS4 1TB console there only $549 at eb games. Now Make it mine wants $1370 for it no way . So i just afterpay it from eb games.

I bought a Samsung off gumtree in January 2022. It was locked three days ago by Make It Mine. Apparently it was sold while under contract to them. They havent replied to my email attempts, and over the phone advised we have to return the phone to them and they wont help us. There was no way to know the phone was with them - nothing on the phone said it was encumbered. IMEI number was clean.

We now have a useless phone and will have to buy a new one and swallow the cost of two phones. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.

I was accepted earlier today for my application, received a text to say I had been accepted. I was out all day so didn't bother to sign papers etc until I got home. I then received an email and text whilst I was out to say my contract had been signed and waiting for first payment. I didn't even sign my contract so I decided to check the contract that apparently I signed and they literally computer typed my name on it. I am extremely mad tried to call them no answer so now I will be taking legal action.

This company has made me wait 4 months for my product and made me wait for my refund just to find out they never cancelled my contract. Never go through this company for anything. They are a messed. They don't make out who they say they are and you never receive your goods. You'll be waiting for months on end like I have and it is unexceptable. Crap company ever known to man

They were quick to take my bank details and my ID and wanted the 25% deposit before I even got approved and then got declined. 20 minute process so definitely would not recommend using this site. Tried another site for my goods and have been approved and has already been sent.

Hopeless communication. slow postage. better off with after pay or zip. these guys grossly overcharge. which I could look past if there communication and service wasn't sub par. it's a joke. avoid these clowns!!

January 4th 2022 Update: Dodgey

Approved on a product. Then after 6 weeks and 3 payments, product still hadn't arrived. Rang them and was told product comes from a supplier and is out of stock... then went to cancel and get my money back only to be told item has been dispatched for delivery, and tracking would be provided. 1 week later and still no tracking, no item. Dodgey is an understatement!!! Don't waste your time with these sketchy rental companies.

I am excited to have my device and I have been treated well by the staff. I do not understand the below posts when this company gives us a chance of owning top quality products. They are entitled to make a profit.

Seriously move on.
You reject people they don't need a heap of texts and emails about it.
If rejected why would I sign up to a rental, we all know they're a rip off, and layby? Pffftt it's an item I need now not in 12 mths.

I purchased a bar fridge from make it mine nearly a year ago. Absolutely love the service I was given and staff were so helpful. I definitely recommend using them for buying items. I even recommended my friend who is looking at getting a new fridge.

I bought a TV, blu ray DVD player and a surrounded system around a year ago. Payments went smoothly and had a few missed payments but instead of adding more money, they extended the payment plan which was lovely. BUT come the day I officially pay it off and add the extra $1 to buy the products off them, all of the items have actually gone to crap. As soon as the money cleared and I received the thank you email, none of them have worked properly at all. I paid close to $2,000 for my items. If it was just one, yes easily blown off as a mechanical issue. But how all three the exact day my contract ended?

I think ppl should be grateful to make it mine.instead of seeing negative see the postives you would probably would not have your items if it wasn't for Make It Mine .thanks guys for helping us all.

Yes they’re double the price of buying outright. But man; nobody else would give me a chance and they did.
People whinge and moan about the costs but the cost is made VERY clear before you sign up. If you don’t like the cost; go find somewhere else.
