Hi.
Is it ok if i leave the mattress inside the box for a period of time? Aproximately 2 weeks time.
The reason is, im yet to move to our new place and dont want to inflate the mattress if thats possible.

Hey guys. I just tried out a Marce Blanc mattress in a hotel that I stayed in, and I was blown away. I have chronic lower back pain, and this helped enormously. I would like to buy one in regular single size, but would like some advice. I took down the details of the one I tried in the hotel - it was a Marce Blanc mattress, Cool Gel, and had a label that said 'bamboo'. I have photos of the mattress that I can send if that helps. I couldn't find a tag that said what the comfort level was i.e. if it was soft or firm. Could you please tell me: How I could buy one of these mattresses, how I can find out what the comfort level is, and is there any way to try the mattress before I buy to check I am getting the right one? I would really appreciate your assistance.

Hi, I purchased mine from Brand Warehouse’ online eBay store. There were 2 types available when I was looking.
1. Coolgel memory foam 34cm with bamboo fabric. Firmness level Medium
2.Memory Foam and Latex 31cm with bamboo fabric. Firmness level soft/medium or medium/firm
The mattress was delivered from the Sunshine Coast QLD, however I am unsure if they have a shopfront where you can try the products.
A quick search of these words should bring up the items on eBay, and another quick search might also get you a discount code for a greater saving than advertised.

A problem is that online it only comes in medium comfort level and double, queen and king. Does it come in single at all? I need a single one. There both similar. Being you get cool gel latex or coolgel memory foam. Memory foam is alot softer than the latex with or without being made with the cool gel. Its also only a 1 or 2 inch thick piece

Hi Sam,
There is a 12 month warranty.
Please note: Other sellers offering more than this will not be genuine (unless their price is at least $500 more expensive).
The terms and conditions of these warranties ensure that they can reject any claims made (ie. more than 38mm of compression). Hence these warranties are purely for show and are a dishonest marketing ploy. It is something the ACCC is investigating but we have had no action from them as yet.
We choose to be transparent and honest with regard to warranties at this price point.
We are not the cheapest mattress, but the contents of our mattresses are of a much higher quality (please ensure to check whether competing offerings include Latex, Memory Foam, Linen Fabrics and Bamboo Fabric rather than Cotton). This composition is better than many mattresses sold in popular bedding stores retailing in excess of $3000.

I'm glad you love the mattress. We have worked really hard to perfect it over the years :-)
We don't currently do pillows I'm sorry. It is something we have looked into but have yet to develop.
If you look on eBay, you may find some options available. Just a piece of advice, avoid the 'recycled / pulp / shredded' varieties, while they are cheap, they are not comfortable. Better to spend a little more on a solid / complete piece of material.

Can you please clarify something for me. Im thinking of getting the 34 cm cool gel memory foam mattress. You state that the 31 cm version has the option of med soft or med firm and the 34 cm just comes in medium. My question is; Are the pocket springs the same in these models ? And does the difference in feel and rating just come from the thickness and / or constitution of the top materials? Can you specify exactly what the top layers consist of? ie; what are the layers and how thick is each one? My preference would be a medium to firm 34 cm cool gel memory foam mattress

Hi Gord,
The 34cm is a Medium. The 31cm comes in a Medium-Firm. I would recommend choosing the correct firmness over the preference for a thicker mattress (the 31cm is still very thick).
The variation in firmness comes from the tension of the Pocket Springs. The firmer the mattress, the thicker the spring gauge.
You will also get a little more plush a feeling in the 34cm variety due to the thicker layers used in the Pillow-Top.
The Pillow-Top/s consists of both Memory Foam, Latex and High Density Foam. The thicknesses we will not divulge due to the competitive nature on eBay giving our competition an avenue with which to copy what we do.
We are not the cheapest mattress, but the contents of our mattresses are of a much higher quality (please ensure to check whether competing offerings include Latex, Memory Foam, Linen Fabrics and Bamboo Fabric rather than Cotton). I dont work for the mattress factory. Going by the one i bought, i would say the springs differ between the medium firm and the firm. If you check the pictures in the listing it should show you how the mattress is made up in layers. The gel mattress i saw had a extra piece of gel infused memory foam in it which was 2cm thick.

Hi Brijesh,
The CoolGEL option uses a CoolGEL Memory Foam which transfers heat away from the mattress for a more comfortable feel. The Memory/Latex is 'standard' Memory Foam, which has the same comfort, just not the more efficient heat transfer. Both of these versions are the 34cm thick varieties and are only available in the 'Medium' firmness rating. We also have the 31cm version with the option of both the 'Soft-Medium' and 'Medium-Firm'. So all options are covered to find something to suit your needs.
Noting we estimate arrival of all varieties on the 25th April 2017.

Hi Kon,
There is a 12 month warranty. This is not a reflection on the quality / last-ability. This time frame is what is passed on by the manufacturer and hence we do not put a premium on the mattress for an additional warranty period of coverage for simplicity as it is not possible to be doing this through the eBay system to have additional add on fees like this for purchasing additional warranty time (which is quite expensive also for this support).
Please note: You will see longer warranties advertised on eBay. These warranties however are for marketing purposes and are immorally taking an advantage over competition and are not genuine. We choose to be upfront and honest with our customers rather than engaging in this practice.

Hello I am coming back to purchase my second Marce Blanc mattress and noticed that your new models are the both 31cm Memory Foam & Latex and the 34cm variation with CoolGEL Memory Foam.
Is the Coolgel supposed to be better than the 31cm model and if so, would it have the same medium-firm support? I find the softer foam will sink in after about a year so the medium firm is preferred especially for back support/side sleeping.

The new models are as below and superseded the old version in the quality of the materials used and also with functional improvements in the technologies and layout of the comfort layers used... A quick summary...
31cm - Memory Foam & Latex Layers (Choice of 'Soft-Medium' and 'Medium-Firm')
*All Sizes available (Single --> King)
34cm - Memory Foam & Latex Layers (Medium Firmness)
*Available in Double --> King Sizes
34cm - CoolGEL Memory Foam (Medium Firmness)
*Available in Double --> King Sizes
The CoolGEL is really the gold standard, however the 31cm version a very close second and you have more options with regard to the firmness choices. If you prefer a firmer mattress, the 31cm Medium-Firm will likely be your best option.

I'm sorry we are out of stock - We have a new and much improved model arriving in approximately 4 weeks (we are hoping just before Christmas).
Bamboo fabric, more Memory Foam and Latex and higher quality materials overall. These will be available in the 33cm thick (Medium) and 30cm thick in the Soft-Medium and Medium-Firm.
Noting also we can't guarantee the price will be the same as currently set due to differing import costs between orders, but it shouldn't be too far off this listed price.

I have been trying to sort out warranty issues with my mattress through mydeal for a few weeks with no resolution. My mattress developed a significant sag after 3-4 months of use. I was really happy with the mattress when first purchased but now I am getting back and hip pain as a result of the uneven surface. I am only 70kg and 179cm tall, so I'm definitely not overweight. My husband who is 30kgs heavier has no sag on his side. Who can I contact to sort this out?
