Read morer locks adjusted to get correct seal compression. Alternately there may be a problem with the sealant around the top of the box where the checker plate is sealed to the main body of the box.
How do you charge your camper trailers battles when it is folded up and not being used.
If it doesn't have an external power input, you can fit a multi stage charger with an Anderson plug and charge via the Anderson plug connection on the drawbar.

Unfortunately not but it's currently an excellent time to be selling an MDC camper. Second hand prices have never been higher. If you choose to sell it I highly recommend advertising it on the MDC & AusRV Campers Owners Group on Facebook.
Hi. We own a MDC XT12 and we are having trouble pulling out the kitchen?? Any ideas what is wrong. We hold the blue lever down but won’t go any further than about 30cm.
I would say one of the drawers has come open during transit.

Where can I find a diagram of a Mdc xt17 -t water tank set up ? I can’t seem to fill up the mains water tank for inside sink water, yet is all okay when hooked up to mains and pumps on...
On the filler side there are valves to isolate the water tanks. Ensure they are open when filling. The cap beside the mains water connection is the filler point for the tanks. The black filler cap will be for flushing the grey water tank.

does xt12 have a 7 pin socket or a 12 pin socket
Factory setup is a 12 pin plug with accessory power to the number 12 pin to activate the trigger wire for the DC to DC charger.

Hi I have a 94ltr waeco will it fit in a xt12 latest model?
The slide travel will be a little short for that fridge. It will fit into the area but the slide won't extend far enough. This can be remedied with longer travel slides.
Hi we are in Sydney and don’t want to make the trip if you are under the pump and don’t have available floor stock to look at/crawl over and under, and maybe even have a little snooze in to check out the comfort... but before we get all carried away with that idea, would a Navarra factory fitted 3tonne 300kg tow ball, be able to pull this camper trailer around ? What is best vehicle for towing the Forbes 16+ Island?
Will a Forester or Outback do it?
We are towing with a Prado that has a 3 tonne towing capacity. I am not sure of the capability of either car sorry

A Forester or Outback is nowhere close to being capable of towing a 16 Island. Ideally a capacity 3 ton or greater would be necessary.
What fuse size should I be using on the Anderson plug circuit
Use a circuit breaker, not a fuse. 40amp would be plenty
50 amp is the standard. I'd recommend a reset circuit breaker rather than a fuse.

Ball weight should ideally be 10% of the ATM (total laden weight) of the camper. Perhaps purchase a ball weight scale from Supercheap or Repco and check it.
I have a 2014 MDC Jackson. But struggling to find a fridge that fits the slide due to height. What are some suggests please of which fridge/freezer to go with? Looks like 450mm height maximum. Thanks !

You can remove the cutlery drawer to get better access beneath. If the stove is a Smev or Dometic there will be a user guide available on their website that should show installation fixings
