Where can I find a diagram of a Mdc xt17 -t water tank set up ? I can’t seem to fill up the mains water tank for inside sink water, yet is all okay when hooked up to mains and pumps on...
On the filler side there are valves to isolate the water tanks. Ensure they are open when filling. The cap beside the mains water connection is the filler point for the tanks. The black filler cap will be for flushing the grey water tank.
does xt12 have a 7 pin socket or a 12 pin socket
Factory setup is a 12 pin plug with accessory power to the number 12 pin to activate the trigger wire for the DC to DC charger.
Hi I have a 94ltr waeco will it fit in a xt12 latest model?
The slide travel will be a little short for that fridge. It will fit into the area but the slide won't extend far enough. This can be remedied with longer travel slides.
Hi we are in Sydney and don’t want to make the trip if you are under the pump and don’t have available floor stock to look at/crawl over and under, and maybe even have a little snooze in to check out the comfort... but before we get all carried away with that idea, would a Navarra factory fitted 3tonne 300kg tow ball, be able to pull this camper trailer around ? What is best vehicle for towing the Forbes 16+ Island?
Will a Forester or Outback do it?
We are towing with a Prado that has a 3 tonne towing capacity. I am not sure of the capability of either car sorry
A Forester or Outback is nowhere close to being capable of towing a 16 Island. Ideally a capacity 3 ton or greater would be necessary.
What fuse size should I be using on the Anderson plug circuit
50 amp is the standard. I'd recommend a reset circuit breaker rather than a fuse.
I have recently purchased a 2014 Jackson rear fold but am having trouble finding any information on the ball weight. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks
Ball weight should ideally be 10% of the ATM (total laden weight) of the camper. Perhaps purchase a ball weight scale from Supercheap or Repco and check it.
I have a 2014 MDC Jackson. But struggling to find a fridge that fits the slide due to height. What are some suggests please of which fridge/freezer to go with? Looks like 450mm height maximum. Thanks !

You can remove the cutlery drawer to get better access beneath. If the stove is a Smev or Dometic there will be a user guide available on their website that should show installation fixings

Hi there I bought a 2020 Xt 16 hr family. When it rains it comes through the awning and everything gets wet is this normal. Ide Olle to think the awning is water proof. Cheers

Hi we’ve just bought a second hand 2015 venturer and the kitchen slide is sticking. I think the secondary blue latch isn’t disengaging or something is jamming internally.
Any tips.
You may find a draw or door wasn't latched properly and is jamming inside the kitchen cavity. Shine a torch in there and have a look and maybe a coat hanger wore to hold it back while you open it.
Hi, we have a 2022 Robson XTT which we have not used since purchasing. We have just erected the camper and have noticed that the tropical roof straps and buckles do not line up with each other, the only ones that appear to line up are the corners, would this be the incorrect tropical roof, it appears it may be.
