I am having a problem with erecting the annex for my Jackson Forward Fold - 11th Anniversary Edition. The hook on the No. 7 pole will not insert into the hole on the internal poles. I have come across two other owners of the 10th Anniversary Edition who carry foldable gazebos instead of going through the hassle of erecting the annex. Can you provide any tips for connecting the No. 7 poles? Have you made any changes to you more recent editions to improve this problem of erecting the annex?

I have a Jackson forward folding 2018 model, the batteries are cactus and I require new ones, can you send me the dimensions of the existing batteries as they are original, also can I just replace with one larger deep cycle of lithium Battery . I would measure myself but im out of the state at present and the wife needs one .

Hi. Have recently purchased a jackson forward fold. Am having a heap of trouble packing it up. Have watched videos and doing as they say. Last 6inches is very tight and lid starts to bow. I've now tried 6 times this morning and getting bloody annoyed

We have just picked up our new Forbes 13 and we love it.
But when it rained the water leaked from under the awning where it attaches to the van and is running in to the kitchen storage area any ideas on how to fix this

Hi I recently purchased a 2018 cruiser highside one of reasons was because of said landcruiser wheels, I thought I'd be able to interchange wheels as I own 80 series & 2005 prado . Wrong MDC trailer has 14mm studs & my landcruisers have 12mm studs QUESTION - does your brake drum assembly supplier have brake drums to suit other landcruiser wheels or can they source 12mm x1.5mm x 15.6 knurl x 43mm long wheel studs that I will change so i don't have to carry 4 spares when going off-road.
Any help appreciated
