The whole purchase process was easy and simple and we decided on the Cruiser Hi Side would most suit our needs. It is a quality built product offering exceptional bang for dollar. We were amazed how well it tows and it's very good stability off road capabilities. Very easy to set up and comfort is sensational, the whole camper is very practical to use. VERY happy with the whole package and would highly recommend.

We purchased a 2022 cruiser slide. Its fantastic for our family of 4. Younge kiddies. Its just like camping but with the convenience of having it all ready to hook up and drive away. We have done 3 trips now and although we had a little issue with a draw runner and trailer plug i havent been discouraged. Damien at mdc kilsyth went above and beyond to have it all sorted super quick and without fuss. Im definately a person who thinks good customer service is a dieing thing these days but mdc and especially Damien have been fantastic. Bang to ya buck these campers are great. Tows behind the ranger like its not even there. Def recommend.

Having worked in the caravan industry and seen the prices local caravans are asking I was truly amazed at the fit out, quality and standard inclusions supplied with the MDC XT12, their web site covers all bases, the XT 12 has the same shower/toilet combo we had in our 60k+ Goldstream, the same hob as in an 80k + full size van and the same make of roof top A/C as in 90% of your touring caravans, a big plus for MDC is the sales and tech tips available on you tube, other marketers of similar units could learn a lot from MDC keep up the good work guys.

customer service is shocking, warranty team couldn’t care less or there just so busy with other warranties. I don’t know what’s worse. Camper is great but won’t be buying again due to the lack of interest and help after purchase.

What a great little unit. Sales gave me a date of delivery and it was there ready to go. When they advertised that it was Prado friendly, they were right. Sits in behind the vehicle perfectly, and at times, you nearly forget it's there. I am very pleased with the XT12

Did Fraser Island and had some teething issues, to be expected. Warranty staff and service guys were fantastic as was Steve Zammit via phone. The van itself was comfortable and is perfect for us. Love our little beast and cant wait for more adventures!!

the after sales service is non existent, staff are rude and will keep fobbing you off hoping you will give up. We had numerous warranty issues, and i feel this cheap Chinese imported camper is not up to Australian Conditions. I will be selling our camper as soon as i can but i fear i will have to take a huge loss as the company now has a very bad reputation. Avoid this company is at all cost is the only advice i can give, especially given how we have been treated.

I dealt with Steve Zammit and by the time i finally signed he must have dreaded my calls but he answered all my questions honestly and in all honesty the Robson sort of sold itself. I looked around at leasurefest at every competitor and to be honest none came close and many other brands which were reasonable has sales people who woukd tell you the sky was pink to get the sale. Steve was to the point and promised me my unit by a date and delivered

Purchased this camper in 2017, and it has been a dream. Service has been fantastic and the Jackson has provided many holidays for our family, without any issues.

We have had out XT12 for about 18 months now.
We had a couple of teething issues along the way but the crew at MDC were helpful and polite fixing the problem promptly.

We purchased our XT12 they were great about us getting finance sorted. We had a few hiccups with delivery but they were ironed out very quickly and when we had warranty issues they were sorted. You expect teething problems and when you get looked after you don’t mind. A special mention goes to Kristy who looked after us so well.

Bought new.18 months ago. our XT12 hybrid has travelled some pretty rough roads with no problems and has everything we need for comfortable off road camping. only one warranty issue handled quickly and efficiently by Thalia even though we were in a remote area. Great value van

Owned XT 12 and sold it to buy XT 17t which we are extremely happy with . What made us choose mdc ? Grey water tank for National parks, a van that can handle rough tracks, beach, roads, free camping, caravan parks and 5 year warranty. What more could you want ? Well done mdc on excellent product

Had our camper trailer for 3 months. Returned 2 months ago, 3 different warranty issues. Still waiting for its return.
