Very helpful and the person I spoke to offered free delivery because they couldn't deliver on the day I requested

Organised some flowers for a friend. The flowers were beautiful and prompt and ordering them was easy and the staff were friendly and cheerful. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Delivered the next business day as promised. The recipient said they were wonderful. I didn't get the opportunity to see the arrangement personally so unable to comment on the quality etc.

Flowers were not fresh looked withered compared to other flowers that were sent from other florists which my mother had received the same day

Flowers were fresh however there seemed to be more flowers in the sample .
Just a couple of little gaps could have been filled with litttle flowers. Was pleased it wasnt padded with greenery though. Thank you.

I wanted something special to go to my twin daughters for their birthday as they are away in Newcastle. I'm from QLD so put a lot of trust in this business. The roses, balloons and chocolates were delivered first thing. I had very happy 14 year olds that felt very special. The gift was exactly as described and service was friendly and helpful.

Have ordered through Meg's Flowers many times. It is nice and simple and never had any issues up until my most recent order. I was impressed that they listened to my complaint and took steps to rectify the situation as a gesture of goodwill (something they didn't have to do). Thank you for the good customer service.

I ordered flowers worth $93.00 for my mother in-law's 90th Birthday. Nearly mid-day on the special day she has not received the flowers. I rang Meg Flower who told me their delivery time will be until 5pm. This means the flowers will arrive any time before 5pm. I ordered the day before and clearly specified that her 90th BD and please deliver them as early as possible to brighten her day up. But ...it's very disappointed.

I haven't seen the flowers but our friend who we sent them to said they were really beautiful, especially the roses which came as part of the arrangement
