Modern was so easy to deal with, the representative that came to our home was very professional to deal with, showed us all the options that we could go with. From start to finish they communicated exactly what was happening. After a break in Father Day week-end at my father's place. Contacted Modern straight away told them about the situation. Modern acted straight away organized a guy to come out measured up the windows we needed done as well as making dad feel a ease. I was very happy with the quotation service, from the booking staff to the actual person who arrived to show me samples and take measurements. The gentleman who did the final measurements and installed the shutters was extremely professional. Although they were more expensive than my "painter" had felt they would be, I am very pleased with the final result and they definitely perform the task I require and look good at the same time. Both quotes and installation was performed in a short space of time.

I must say the price was a fair bit more than I was expecting but the tradesmen respected my wishes regarding overspray and masked off the concerning areas. The end product looks great.
