The service we received from modern was 10 out of 10 . WE have had our roof restored also solar panels and gutters from solar we will not choose anybody else but modern solar .

Our dealings with the WA Modern Group were very positive. The plantation shutters look absolutely fantastic and enhance the home. We were in contact with Steve and he was always very courteous and helpful. Jason, who carried out the measurements and then installed the shutters was also very helpful. He needed to return to correct a small fault and was only too happy to oblige.
We are delighted with the " new look" of our home thanks to WA Modern Plantation Shutters.

We decided on shutters for security and temperature control and having previously used Modern on another home we went straight to Modern. We got Plantation Shutters for our Ensuite and it has made such a difference, I couldn't be more happier and so glad we decided to go with Moderns, only had to wait 4 weeks for them to be made. After constant break downs they finally admitted the original engine wasn’t big enough and replaced it after a million phone calls went un returned and they are now attempting to charge us for the new motor as they didn’t replace it when it broke during warranty just kept patch and fixing it - acc was contacted and consumer protection is now getting involved.

The noise of lightning, heavy rain in winter combined with bright early morning light and heat of summer eeking out and stealing away any extra sleep. Being born and bred here it seemed normal, the heat.....too hot to sleep early in the day or simply lie in come morning due the the light of yet another early Australia dawn. Now, it's so dark and shielded in the room we can sleep from dusk till well past the morning rush hour. it's a deep, untroubled, restful, cool, sleep; who would have thought that, such a simple, easy addition to the home, would be capable of rendering such a quality thing... it was/ is worth every dollar and will keep providing such comfort for decades to come.......

From my initial phone call, to Daniel coming out to do the initial quote, Sean with the installation and James providing updates. At all times throughout our purchase, the team were fantastic at keeping the lines of communication open. We were informed at all stages of the process. Timelines were set and stuck to. The installation was smooth and trouble-free. Our shutters look fantastic and what's more is we've noticed the reduction in noise and increase in temperature (it's bloody cold here right now LOL).

The roller shutters are great but the customer service i got was below satisfactory, i had to keep calling them for everything as i wouldn't get called back for weeks at a time
