Easy to navigate the store what I wanted.Shutter was more for security as it faced the street,already have one on my bedroom window so blends perfectly.The gentleman who installed the shutter was a professional and a real gentleman,pleasure to make him a cup of tea.

My plantation shutters look fantastic and they really do reduce the heat that my front rooms get in the summer months. They are very easy to use and keep clean. Modern‘s service was great with very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Gave us an 11,500 quote for just 6 windows then when we cancelled it they're so hard to talked to it's like they dont want to do the cancellation! It took 1 1/2 week for just a cancellation im asking them to just email humm and they can't do it!so annoying people!!so many excuses and reasons! Will definitely not recommend! A waste of time amd money!

Blinds installed for me. Done efficiently and in excellent time. They have made a noticeable difference in the heat. Even on hottest day it is far more comfortable. All staff pleasant and helpful. I intend to get blinds for remainder of windows next year.

I am pleasantly surprised. Decided to put shutters on my house. So much cooler in summer. Hardly have to use any heating now. We can have a nap during a hot day as its cool and dark. The noise level has dropped as well. Things do happen from time to time. One of my shutters needed a bit of work. I called the service manager. I was expecting a push back like other companies I had previously dealt with. He was very considerate and sent a lovely man out to help. I cannot thank you both enough for treating me with respect and kindness. Thank you for bringing back my trust with companies.

I have had my shutters for 8 years and just had a few more put on. They are great for noise, heat, light and security concerns. Awesome for a shift worker.

Hassel free installation, the workers cleaned up after themselves and job completed in a very short time. The remote controls are fantastic and easy to use and also work if there is no power.

When installing our plantation shutters, not only was the tradesman skilled, he was on time, and left no mess whatsoever. Further to this, he noted some imperfections in the product (slight travel damage), informed us of the damage, apologized for the inconvenience, and made arrangements for the product to be replaced. Installation was carried out very professionally and carefully and addressed all our concerns about access to the balcony on the top floor of our house. We are very happy with the work, love our new roller shutters and would recommend Modern Shutters to all our family and friends.

Happy with our roller shutters, installer was professional, no mess left after installation. The only problem was we signed up for the shutters on 03/01/19 and were advised we would receive the paperwork by email.
We didn't receive any paperwork until 29/01/19 and we only received it then after a phone call from Modern to advise that the shutters were ready for installation and we advised then that we had not received any paperwork

We had terrible gutters, very badly rusted and falling down. Modern came in within 2 weeks and had the old gutters down and the new ones up in a day. The were so professional, no mess left anywhere, no need to cut back heaps of plants or move lots of things, they were very happy to get around things and get on with the job. They were also happy to talk to my 2yr old that was interested in what they were doing.
