Seem like a fairly new business with not many backers so had my doubts. After a bit of research on the benefits of magnesium/ the difference between tablets and this.... i decided to give it a shot.

I must say i am very impressed so far. Been sleeping like a baby and have definitely noticed a difference with muscle soreness the following day.
Been using it post workout/ before bed everyday for the last week.
Easy to use and its pretty cheap compared to magnesium tablets!

Only downside was it took a week to arrive... though i guess that's not their fault.
