Money 3 have been amazing I have been a customer with them for years now and they go above and beyond to help you. Couldn't be more happy with them.

Really upset with how my application has been handled. Applied over two weeks ago. They spoke to my work last Thursday which was fine hadnt heard anything still so messaged customer service yesterday who advised me that as they could not get hold of my landlord my claim was cancelled and I should call my case manager to try and reopen as they couldnt get hold of my work. I emailed my case manager who said my work check was fine it was my landlord they couldnt get hold of. I emailed her back saying I could provide transactions of my rent payments etc and I simply received an email back saying she had emailed my assessor and if anything could be done I would get an email from her.. guess Im not getting my loan. Thanks for the communication.

I got a redraw on my car loan. They were friendly and helpful and explained how it worked and put my application through quickly. I couldnt be happier I got my car loan through them.
