Terrible customer service. No one did anything they were supposed to once off the phone making it a week long application and then they stuffed up anyway.
Once loan is payed off I'll be steering clear of this company

Really upset with how my application has been handled. Applied over two weeks ago. They spoke to my work last Thursday which was fine hadnt heard anything still so messaged customer service yesterday who advised me that as they could not get hold of my landlord my claim was cancelled and I should call my case manager to try and reopen as they couldnt get hold of my work. I emailed my case manager who said my work check was fine it was my landlord they couldnt get hold of. I emailed her back saying I could provide transactions of my rent payments etc and I simply received an email back saying she had emailed my assessor and if anything could be done I would get an email from her.. guess Im not getting my loan. Thanks for the communication.

Love money 3 for helping me with car loan but when i went for a personal loan was approved by one officer who became ill so another took over and declined the personal loan so was pretty upset about it.

With a minimum income of $2500/week they told me my income was too inconsistent??? Simply because my income varies each week.
I had $18000 of fraudulent transactions on my bank statements and despite a letter from the bank confirming This, they STILL declined me insinuating I was a liar, stating these were mine (gambling transactions). I’m offended and disgusted! The bank confirmed the transactions were fraud and unauthorised.
I’m an honest person with a shortfall
In cash. I have a very good income but they prefer to loan to unemployed druggies to fuel their addictions instead

Although not getting the amount I needed, and stuffing up every document I sent back, money3 were patient and explained where I went wrong every time. Once all that was sorted it was all good to be transferred into my account. Thanks money3 you the bomb diggity!!!

Applied for $6000 loan. Asked to add $12000 car as security. Good credit rating, full time job, lived in same house for 10 years. $8000 in savings. Came back with an offer of $3000.

Friendly staff..one call resolution...no unnecessary questions or paperwork requested process has been transparent and clear no hidden costs or word games...option to pick up cash...simply convenient...i would definately refer friends and family..

Really happy with service and it was very affordable and they said 24 hours for the cash but was in there same day i was approved in couple hours so happy

The ladies in the office are amazing, very friendly, helpful and understanding. I have just taken out my 4th loan with ease. I received my outcome within an hour and was able to pick up the money from my local office. I honestly don't know how I would manage to get emergency items fixed without them.
