After a bumpy start with my moochie watch, tried everything, and it would not work. My first contact was with Rosario and after trying everything she suggested it was decided I should return the watch for replacement. Maricris took over for me then, communication was very quick and helpful. A new watch was promptly posted to me and with Maricris’ help I got it up and running with no problems. I thank Rosario and Maricris deeply for all their help and prompt and polite communication.

Bought this over a year ago and had nothing but problems. Sent it back and got a new one and now different problems. First one was the class mode not working, alarm going off for no reason.
2nd watch doesn't charge properly half the time. Sometimes you charge overnight and it will turn on next day, other days, charge overnight and the battery is still flat. Honestly, for the money you spend. Better off getting kids a phone or a Samsung watch. their support is also useless, I had to repeat myself over and over talking to 5 different people overseas.
All they do is apologise but solve NOTHING.

Angel provided Excellent service, providing information and addressing any concerns in a promptly and professional manner. The Moochie Watch is worth every dollar especially for piece of mind. I was able to monitor my son’s location and had no trouble in getting in contact with him through his Moochies Watch.

Just got the Moochies watch for my daughter. Great product and very happy. I had a few self inflicted set up issues and contacted the Moochies help line. Chloe helped me and provided fantastic service. The watch is running great and my daughter is very happy.

The support Team were Fantastic, Andrew was very quick to respond to my crisis, and also in a professional manner. Andrew's ongoing assistance resolved the issue I was having with the Moochie. Problem was not a fault of his company but of another outsourced business.

Having left buying my daughters most wanted christmas present a moochies watch to my husband I sent an sos email to the lovely Andrew at moochies. To say he was helpful was an understatement. The MOochie looks amazing and cannot wait to try it out. Having been told I would have to wait, Andrew was a massive help on email putting my mind at rest. Loved the concept of the watch. Easy for my granddaughter to use. Chloe was a great help with all things technical. Loved the option to set up the watch to not be used in school hours.

My son lost his Moochie (or so I thought) and Allih was a prompt, resourceful and very understanding
service officer. It was organised so I could purchase another with a discounted price through a voucher!!
However, this morning the watch was found. I am still so grateful for all her support.

I've had a few minor issues with my Moochies (I have 2), but the service has always been seamless; always prompt, friendly and efficient. Nothing is a bother, or too much trouble.
Lavinia today was very helpful and extremely efficient.

Can’t recommend this highly enough. Bought my daughter the previous one and that was great but the new model is so much better. Follow the instructions and there will be no set up issues. We seriously have recommend this to everyone we know. Great peace of mind for the parents and child.

Can’t fault the product my daughter loves the freedom it gives her and the peace of mind it gives me. The unlocked version was the best choice as not locked to a network. It’s light weight and many friends have purchased for there own children now so they have the same peace of mind

Purchased the unlocked version. Couldn’t get it to work with 3 different pre-activated SIM‘s. App didn’t work either obviously. Wasted hours and hours trying to get it working. Ended up smashing it on the ground in frustration. Don’t bother wasting your money on this overly priced junk and inferior product. Do more research first!

I was so excited when I saw this.
Thought it would be a really good product for my daughter to give her more autonomy.
But I was so disappointed,
First, I had to wait for weeks for them to get the app working.
Then, when I did - I discovered the reception is patchy and unreliable, And GPS sometimes tracking can be several km's out.
The build quality is poor. IT really feels cheap.
This product is misleading. Its misrepresented on the website - because it cant be used as a child safety device.
The idea is really good - but Moochies just doesn't work.
Consumer Affairs should investigate.
Really disappointing.
