In terms of the ages of the kids that use our watches, we have kids from the age of 5-years-old all the way to 16-year-old teenage kids who are using our watches. It all depends if the customer or guardian sees fit for their kid. In regards to battery, our Moochies watches are constantly being used to find signal/report GPS position, make calls, etc and some customers think it would last as much as a normal watch would, which sadly is a mistake as our watch is more similar to a phone, than a simple watch that only displays the time. In order to save more battery we highly recommend for the Moochies to be charged overnight, every night, so it has full charge for the next day. Presently I m using moochies v3 watch in India. Recently I have changed the Sim card. Earlier it was working properly, but as I changed the Sim card...it is not working g. It keep on searching... And then a weard sound comes ( seems something is crashing maybe windows) and after few seconds an alert message flashes on the screen which says the location of my house and after sometime the message flashes on the screen that no network or change Sim or choose other internet service....etc etc...
I am using jio Sim card which is prepaid and on 3G network.
Please help with this.
