I bought a moochies watch for my daughter how is about to start kindergarten. It is an amazing item. Easy to use, love the GPS setting, affordable, peace of mind for both myself and my daughter knowing we are able to always contact each other. Very satisfied with my purchase.

My daughter received this watch for Christmas and loved it. She can't stop using it. Well worth the money great valve. There was no hidden cost involved and easy to use.

Watch GPS is not that good and the app constantly logs you out when you get a message from your child.
The battery life is terriable dies so quickly.
I wish id purchased a different watch brand..
Waste of money.

My daughter loves her moochie, it has been very handy in contacting her when I need to change plans etc. Phone calls and texting is great. The GPS is great too although I do wish it was a little more accurate, it doesn't seem to show everywhere she has been.

Everything has been very easy to setup and to use. With No hidden costs and very easy for my daughter to use. We are both very happy with this purchase.

We are very happy with our purchase. Bought two watches for our 10 and 12 year old. Love the features and payment plans. They were easy to purchase and set up. We have told everyone about this great alternative to smart phones

We had some issues initially with the watch as it lost signal but Andrew at support helped work through it and resolved all issues with a replacement. So far a good watch at a good price with good functionality. Great to be able to keep in touch with my daughter

Chloe is so helpful to help and support get the best out of the watch. Must have for all parents. Also, this watch compared to other Tracker watches. It looks so good on also

I bought two watches for my kids for Christmas. One or both watches has been plagued by glitches ever since. I had to return both and received replacements promptly but a set of different issues arose and I’ve had to return and get a refund. Such a shame because for the few hours they did work they were fantastic. However I have spent hours back and forth with Moochies trouble shooting and I can’t afford to spend another minute trying to resolve the many problems. Maybe I’ll buy in the future when/if they’ve resolved their many glitches and inconsistencies. Based on the reviews here it really seems entirely pot luck as to whether you receive a good or poor product.

This smartwatch has been very helpful with my autistic teenage son developing his independence in a more safely manner - also helps towards alleviating my own worries over his own safety. GPS location is at it's best whilst his mobile although my son's currently unaware how I am able to track him for obvious reasons. Currently my son prefers using his own mobile phone rather than use the full function of the watch but it's reassuring to know we can use it as an emergency back up least for now esp with the SOS key. Customer services Febril did a grand job, kindly and respectfully helped me a great deal with a teething problem that were soon resolved - Little things can make huge differences!

I bought this watch for my daughter for Christmas and after compearing other watches on the market, moochies was a stand out Best Buy, other kids safe watches did not have Video calling witch is what I thought would be the main function for all watches, and moochies was one of the only that came with a built in SIM card so very easy to get it up and running without having to buy a pre paid sim and fill out all the paperwork and recharge it each month moochies, it’s already direct debited each month so u don’t need to do a thing once iv done the first sign and set up,
Pleasantly surprised, very happy, would definitely recommend to all parents

Bought in Dec 2022 as aX mas gift for my son. It has not been working for last two weeks. Only Incoming calls . Cant access any apps. Getting a message as "Searching for network" . But its connected to wifi and no issues with connection. Seems like glitch in the system. very disappointing. Waste of money $200. I have emailed today Au email contact and hope they will response soon. :(

We bought 3 watches for our kids ahead of our Japan holiday. Being separated from our kids in transit and at the snow was our biggest concern.
We were assured by Moochies before purchase that roaming would work in Japan, so we enabled it via the website. Once we arrived overseas we found it didn't work.
We exchanged several emails (Moochies email support were generally prompt and pleasant) but they said it relies on Vodafone network coverage to work - and it seems roaming doesn't work in Japan despite their assurances. They offered to exchange...

After fully charging the watch my son made 2 calls from it and Worthing 40 min to an hour the battery died, it can’t do what we bought it for with the battery life like that there for a waste of money and I can’t find who to contact about it

Multiple functions suppose to work on the watch are faulty and do not work. App completely shut down on my phone and nobody has been able to get back to me to resolve the issue. Now can’t use watch at all. Waste of money. Was a Xmas present for my daughter, she is devastated!

Quick delivery, great product and functions, was a bit clunky to set up and I'm a bit disappointed I can't type a message to send, only emojis or voice message. I am also a bit disappointed that it can only run on the Vodafone network as this makes coverage very limited in rural ares, I would like to see option to go through other providers. Overall a great innovative product though.

Does everything it’s promised.
My 10y/o son is wrapt with it and is now enjoying being able to be more independent and know that I’m only a call away.
- Very straight forward to set up.
- Battery life is at lease two days (have turned brightness of screen down and lowered how often the tracking happens)
- Extremely clear to talk and hear.
- Tracking is spot on
- mobile cover has been great (regional Vic)
A couple of small Improvements would make it perfect;
- battery life display to be larger (very hard to read)
- more pre set text and emojis
- the ability to use a photo as the screen background

Product was delivered quite quickly considering it was over Christmas, watch band seems pretty good and easy to use. Good choice! Only problem I’m finding is messaging through the app.

The watches have great functionality and are relatively easy to set up. They give great control to parents about the whereabouts of the kids. I don't know yet how the mobile coverage will perform in country areas. They could be improved by having some simple game apps or music that kids can download and play/listen in the watch.

I bought a Moochie Watch for my son for Christmas, he was so over the moon and excited when he opened his gift that day. He loved it wouldn't take it off. Then he hoped into the water, forgetting he had it on, then realizing he jumped out straight away and took it off, there were buzzing electrical type noises and the watch stopped. I contacted the support line, received nothing, so I contacted them through fb messenger, explained the situation and was asked to email photos which show water inside the watch to them. I did this thinking finally ...

I brought this watch for my 8 year old daughter. Definitely gives me peace of mind when she is away from me. You can view tracking history and can contact her via phone call, messages and video call.

We got this for our 7 year old son, mainly for after school. Very easy to use and set up, he absolutely loves it. He’s only complaint is there are no games. I love the safe zones and it notifies me when he has left the safe zone and the gps with his location. It’s great being able to control who can contact him. One of my sons favourite features is the pedometer, he tries to beat the days before steps.
