Great service and a professional team

The level of service I receive from Morton is great. My apartment is managed by Paul Donnadieu and I couldn't be happier with his professional style, vigour and enthusiasm. He is prompt in addressing my queries and always ensures there's a quick resolution to any issues I may have.
I would definitely recommend Morton and the team.

We do not hesitate to give the five stars reward to M&M and Mr. Paul our property manager. We have been impressed with his team since the first day of inspection with Ms.Charlene. Mr.Paul is a very helpful and quick respond our problem. Mr.Paul is also friendliness, polite and reliable so why I have no doubt to give him and his team with five stars review. My experience with M&M has always been positive and has stepped up a significant level since Paul Donnadieu became our property manager. My experience with Paul from all aspects of attending to our queries and following through on both Tennant & owner end has been fantastic. I would highly recommend for owners to consider M&M for any property management services.

Would have given 5 stars if some responses were quicker

Generally our experience with Morton has been positive. We only liaised with Morton when we moved in and out. Response time was a bit of a hit and miss, sometimes you get fast responses, sometimes you have to follow up a few times. Depending on what kind of tenant you are, if you like your agent to have minimal contact with you then Morton is probably quite easy to deal with.

Terrible service from Morton Pyrmont

I recently used Morton in Pyrmont and the service has been terrible. People ignoring e-mails/calls and slow service. In addition I have been due a rent refund for over 5 weeks and keep getting irrelevant excuses why it has not been paid. Would definitely not recommend Morton to anyone.

Having had a bad experience in the past my partner and I have been really pleased with the level of support and service provided to us by Paul and the team. The 2 minor problems we have had in the past 6 months (hot water and an electrical problem) were both fixed within 24 hours. We would like to thank the team and hope we can stay with them whilst we live in Sydney.

Over the moon with Morton's property manager Paul

We are currently renting in Pyrmont though Morton. Our property manager Paul Donnadieu has gone above and beyond any property manager we have ever experienced.
We were looking for a bigger apartment in the same area, he has helped with a smooth transition into a bigger apartment and has always been responsive and timely with any requests or problems we have had.

We had a problem with the dryer and a leaky toilet, and Paul had someone out the following day to fix everything.

Highly recommend this agent.

Sloppy property management

When purchasing a property through an excellent Morton sales agent, it came with an existing tenancy managed by Morton. Sadly, the management team has not managed to transfer the rent due for rhe first two months until I requested it. Each time, much discussion was necessary before the property manager acknowledged that the money was not transferred, and deigned to rectify the problem. While I will continue to turn to the sales agent for as long as he remains with Morton, I will certainly not use their property management again.

We purchased an older apartment in the Sydney CBD with a view to renovating and renting it out till we were ready to occupy. We dealt with Hannah Firth who was exceptional in recommending, arranging and scheduling the work over a period of six weeks. Hannah's people and the whole exercise went perfectly. Highly recommended. Renting the apartment has gone very well at an excellent price. Couldn't do better than have Betty Drennan overseeing the operations.

We rent in Redfern though Morton Real Estate. Natalie McHugh's our property manager. Bottom line: Natalie gets things done. She very obviously has the trust of our owners, as well Morton's team of tradies, which means any issues or problems are quickly addressed. We can't ask any more than that and for that reason, Natalie and Morton get 5 stars from us!!

Morton & Morton is the best agent I've used in Sydney in the past 9 years. My property manager, Natalie McHugh is professional and helpful to sorting out the matters quickly. Whenever we have broken things in the apartment, she' been so nice and patient to fix it as soon as she can.I am very happy with their service and that's the best agent I've used.
