Ero Davarias has been looking after my property for approximately 5 years. In that time I have found her excellent to deal with, nothing is Impossible. She helped me with a problem I had with a major water leak from the upstairs balcony. I had nothing to fear, with Ero it was problem solved and promptly too. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a property manager in the Wentworth Point area.

Our whole experience with Morton Wentworth Point has been really good. Right from the start (with Supriya introducing us to the rental property) and the amazing ongoing service we receive from Ero Davarias! She has been very efficient, friendly and helpful - an absolute pleasure to deal with!

I rented using Morton and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. From start to end I was always informed and was in great hands. If there was ever an issue the guys are Morton took care of it straight away. Cant thank them enough. Definitely recommended!

I rented a unit through Morton in Crows Nest. Prior to moving in there had been substantial water leaks and repairs carried out which were inadequate. Subsequently storms hit Sydney and the entire unit was flooded. It took 7 months for the repairs to be fixed and we were living in a single room of the unit for a while. Morton had a duty to tell us this had happened but they denied knowing about the water leaks. Contractors who came around confirmed they had quoted for the same repairs the year before on the same unit.

Even though the contract period was not very long, one of their team members (Anne Truong) provided excellent sevices with very friendly and paitient attitude. She dealt with every thing for me in an efficeient and diligent way so that not only brought me reasonable rental income, also prevented the losses being incurred. So I highly recommend her and her team as your trustable agent.

Morton has been a pleasure to deal with. From the beginning With Supriya in helping me find a great place for me and my wife and then along the process with Ero and Diane they have always been helpful and sportive. Any issues that arise during the period of my stay Ero was very quick in responding to my needs and making sure that my stay was comfortable.
I can not thank them enough for their hard work and great effort in making my time and Wentworth Point a pleasure.
