Re Warranty
A small percentage of products I have purchased from this store in the past appeared to be faulty.
Whenever I approached the store with the issues, they were always resolved quickly either by refund or prompt replacement.
Unfortunately this particular store is now closed. If the other MSY stores are like this one with regards to warranty, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Bought new PC components from them a few times and always had good service and advice if and when I needed it.
No issues with them at all.

Prices are good & that's about it terrible customer service went in looking to spend 3K onwards asked a couple of questions didn't even seem interested or helpful, ordered computer and I've since called 4 days in a day too be put on hold just to be hung up on before anyone answers.

When I wanted to exchange a motherboard which I had bought from MSY, they made me feel sorry for asking that. The person in charge of the store talked to me angrily, and with superior attitude, pointing that I have had opened the box. Then push the box back to me refusing my request. I thought I am doing something wrong but then I realised that something was wrong with that guy. Because nobody deserves that hostile attitude whatever request is.
Also I wanted to return a faulty PC Case to their online store writing that I tested it with two different motherboards and three different USB devices however they ignored my test results and rejected my warranty claim.
They do not appreciate their customers.
MSY is not a good business to shop.

Rude people never listen to your explanation they will blame you the mistake. It's cheap yes but it worth to pay more than talking to the staff not friendly at all unconsiderate to the the customer. No return even less then an hour you purchase the product they will insult you. Never ever come back to this shop again ... Disgusting people

MSY sells products cheaper than their competitors. Customer service is really top notch and the staff working at the Elizabeth branch are really fast and efficient and show a professional attitude towards their work.

I have shopped at MSY numerous times for quite a few years and almost every time the customer service had been bad. The staff are usually uncaring, rude, disinterested and unhelpful. Only once have I been served by someone with average customer service skills. I am hesitant to ever shop there again.

Surcharge for people using credit cards. Terrible customer service. Unhelpful staff.

I use the Elizabeth MSY in SA and they a realy quite good. I have found them to be very helpful. If you ask the right questions you get the info you need. I build my own machines but I was looking for a computer for my youngest child. I couldnt be bothered building another machine. I put a list of parts together explained what I wanted it for .They made some changes to the list and I have a computer that does what I wanted and for a cheaper price without compromise to the power of the computer. They built it and warranrtied it and I still saved money. I can't complain
Reliable, cheaper than anywhere else, good sound technical advice.
