Poor Service. Shouldn't be in business
I purchased an SSD online on 17 Dec 19 for pickup from MSY Fyshwick. Online ordering system said it was in stock. The following day I received an email that it wasn't in stock. I contacted them and was told it would arrive on 9 Jan 20 and they would contact me. I was happy to wait. A few days after 9 Jan 20, I hadn't been contacted so I attended the store. They new nothing about my order but found it and reordered my SSD saying it would be available in three days, Thursday, when stock arrived. ded the store the SSD hadn't arrived. I was told it would arrive the following Thursday. Well again, I haven't been contacted. I have contacted MSY via their regional email address on two occasions without response. I would take a refund, however MSY need to be held to account. No-one reads either of their email contacts.
Order has been "in processing" 19 days.
Sent email to "[email protected]" no answer, repeat daily, no answer.
This really isn't that hard, just assign someone to read the email in the morning and after lunch.
You really have to wonder why the owner isn't more concerned about the basics.

Great service and quick responses by email
I emailed MSY to hold the Msi 1660 super gaming x GPU and I got a quick response back in 20mins saying they would hold it for 4 days and when I got there it was still on hold for me and even tho the price was $419 when I called them it went to $429 but they still gave it to me for $419 i was really happy with that. Service was great as well! Then my brother also got GPU for $399 as well! Also had a look at the product and it’s looks completely fine to me better then expected!
The only thing I’ll say is they didn’t pick up there phone I guess the number may have been changed just not been updated but by email it was excellent!

One of the most terrible online shopping experience
Purchase two gaming mice from their website and since then no update at all after a week. Send them multiple emails and finally get a reply saying that the order is processing, but no tracking number yet. It's the second week now, but still no tracking number provided. Fed up and ask them for a full refund.
Didn't know it would be this hard to just send two gaming mice. Definitely stay away from the online store.

I ordered a product on December 24th 2022. I was concerned when it showed “Order Processing” as the status of my order yesterday, Friday 3rd January 2020.
I sent an email at 11:30am on Friday 3rd to ask what the status was on my order. I didn’t receive a response at all, not even an email confirming that you received my inquiry.

By far the WORST company I have dealt with!!
Ordered a GPU online on the 11th of December. Rang multiple times over the next week on hold for half hour stints, then an hour and a half and more half hour stints (over 4 hours total). I messaged them through their online support facility, heard nothing back. Messaged though Facebook and Emailed them on the 17th, got replies through both on the 20th saying the order with will dispatched that afternoon (20-12-19). watched for tracking updates, it went from VIC to SA on the 26th, then to Jamestown SA on the 30th and marked as PICKED UP..... I live in QLD, my address on my MSY account and shipping address on their confirmation documents says QLD... I rang support again and finally got someone who told me there is no way to contact the online order group by phone, EMAIL ONLY... Now i'm in the same battle waiting to hear from them since sending more Facebook messages and an email asking why my order went to SA or if i was given the wrong tracking number. MY order status still says SHIPPED so fingers crossed it's on it's way? Just cannot win with this company. IF YOU WANT SOMETHING FROM THEM, WALK INTO A STORE AND BUY IT IN PERSON. Took 13 days to decide not to fulfil my order
I ordered and paid for a motherboard with MSY online on 11/12. After not hearing anything for a week, I emailed on the 18th. On the 19th I got an email stating:
"Dear Customer,
We apologise for the delay on your order, please note we are currently waiting for stock transfer to arrive.
The order will most likely to dispatch within today or tomorrow.
If you are not happy to wait, we are able to provide you with a full refund

I can appreciate having listed it incorrectly and notifying me within a day or two of ordering and paying. Avoid ordering anything from their online store, no matter how attractive the price
I placed an order on the 2nd of December, a full 10 days ago and it still hasn't been sent.
It has been marked shipped on Tuesday 10th of December however AU Post has stated it has not collected the parcel.
I have now sent 3 emails, called their helpdesk and sat on hold for 20 minutes TWICE and once for over an hour and left a message each time. No one has ever returned any of my correspondence.
Took my money immediately however have not sent any goods. Shocking customer service, literally do not know how these guys are still in business.
Filed a consumer law complaint with them for 'misleading or deceptive conduct'. Had I known that the shipping times are not 2 days as stated on their website I would never had ordered.

One month of waiting, dozens of calls and several emails and I still don't have my warranty return
Disgusting service. I've waited a month for a warranty update on an item I sent back to them and have heard nothing. Have phoned them literally dozens of times but no one has EVER answered and they don't have voicemail. They also don't respond to email enquiries AT ALL. They've literally taken my money, taken my product and kept them both.
I'm filing a complaint with the ACCC for this. MSY can go screw themselves.

Great parts supplier and went above and beyond in service
I needed a decent fan solution for my CPU, which had previously burnt out two other fans, including the OEM one. The guys suggested a Coolermaster unit at $48, not only did it drop my temps by 50C, when I had some issues with it being harder to install than expected - the store manager fitted it personally.
For the other reviews on here, remember guys - they cop lots of newbs and all their questions which puts any mere mortal to the test - in my opinion they passed this time - with FLYING colours - I will be back!

Spent $1500 on a new system, the monitor purchased has a small crack in the screen, but they won't exchange - saying only that they would send away to LG to see if they accept the return, but doubted they would as I could have done the damage.
Brand new monitor and NO exchange for a damaged product. Shoddy, dishonest and rip off fools.

Don't expect good customer service just competively priced computer gear.
After purchasing $54 worth of goods from the Pascoe Vale store today, I asked for a copy of one of their NBN modems information sheet as I am upgrading my home internet service and want to purchase a good NBN compatible modem. I was told by an older Asian man serving that it was to difficult to do and told to take a pic with my phone. The reason I asked for a copy was so I don't struggle reading on my 5" phone. problems printing 2x A4 sales receipt for 2 items.maybe I was over the page limit. Btw. I purchased from the Pascoe Vale store on 10/10/19 a TP-Link $49 wifi range extender and a $5 kids Toy camera. Maybe if you check your receipts you will find out who I am as I used tap and go for payment. Like I have said people competively priced items but bad customer service. It is now Saturday the 11th of January and it has been 8 days since I ordered and I do not have a tracking number and the order status says paid. If I do not get a tracking number for my purchase then I want to refund and just buy it from a store

I have purchased many products routers/ power supplies/ Mobo's, unfortunate I often have to return products in the first 2-7 days of operation due to manufacture faults, most of my purchases are in the MID range pricing (no discount bin), every 10 unit purchases from Ultimo shop NSW i return minimum 30%, i learnt quick/fast to KEEP ALL MANUFACTURE WARRANTY CARDS, my travels back to Ultimo shop is wearing thin & i wonder if MSY buy in bulk shady deals >?
i live up wollongong bought a mother board when i visit melbourne got home put it together it starts up for 4 seconds than turns of than on again until i to power off at power point i get no bois nothing comes up faulty board rang them up for 2 days trying to get contact with them what a pain finally got there than they stay ive to to bring mother board to them to test it i asked if i could mail it too them the reply was no than he said ill ask my boss well iam still waiting waste of $155.00 ps what i have to travel 850 klms to melbourne well say is poor service woldnt buy from this company my next step is consumer affairs
