Worst customer service ever. How they stay in business is beyond me. They probably think no one else sells the same products. I had bought from them before and the service was always bad, but today I went to buy a device from the Pascoe Vale store and I left with a headache and without the device. Their arrogance and rudeness can only be describe with swearwords so I'm just going to say that it is unspeakable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else and save yourself the annoyance of dealing with these people.

Bought a highish-end keyboard/mouse combo for $50 cheaper than anywhere else. As most of the reviews say, don't come here expecting grovelling customer service, only if you want the best price. The keyboard failed last week (after 6 months, so under warranty), took it back to msy this morning and it was replaced with a new identical product within a few minutes after a quick check. Staff were polite and efficient. Can get busy after ~4pm.

Terrible after purchase service and improper selection of sales persons. Do not try to report any issues with purchased product they will try to blame you for all problems.

Good luck trying to get through via phone. And if you take a gamble and attend the store without knowing stock, chances are they won't have what you're after. Rude and inconsiderate, all this could've been avoided if they answered their phones.

OMG, what lousy good for nothing service. Ask simple questions about their products and all you'll get is a shrug of the shoulders. There are better places with prices just as good!
And they close earlier than their advertised times and just look at you through the door. I can't see any reason to return to any MSN technologies store again. Thanks for nothing.

Worst customer service

I've been going to the pascoe vale branch for years and ignored the very rude staff until i had to return a faulty monitor. I had to wait a week for them to order a new monitor in, i received a call from one of staff and was told they ordered it in but sold it. So i had to wait another week, when i got the monitor it had the same fault. I then returned the monitor and had to argue that the monitor was faulty, for some reason this time they didnt believe it was covered under warranty. To cut the story short i had to wait another week to get my money back, and not once did i get a hello or goodbye.

Mostly unhelpful staff, terribly untidy filthy shop (Pascoe Vale), long lines with never enough staff. Not very much parking nearby either, especially if you're carrying a big rig. Steer clear, it's not worth the $5 you'll save.

Everything, the long lines, the disrespectful staff and the lack of warranty support for items covered under manufacturers warranty longer than 12 months.

Good price, cheap stuff, good customer service especially at the Pasco vale / Box Hill braches. Give them a call before you go to make sure they have the stuff

- Service operates on a totally different level where they are right, you are wrong. - Queues like you would not believe (@Pascoe Vale).- Assembly quality seems poor, or maybe they just use poor quality stuff. Many issues with my assembled box- unsafe shop (wires everywhere, no space... they try but clearly have no knowledge of what OH&S means)
