Worst company ever
I brought a highchair, and they sent me the wrong colour. I waited over a week for a reply, with the lame excuse of them being to busy etc, they are supposed to be a big company, and that's not good enough! Also they refuse to replace my product with the correct colour! I will never buy from them again, and will never recommend to others.

Terrible customer service
I have been a long time customer of mumgo. Initially the first couple of orders arrived within a few days and all items ordered were there.
Since October all the orders that I have placed have taken about a month to be delivered and on every occasion there are items missing from the order that have been paid for.
I then need to follow this up via email, and have to wait for over a week for a reply with the same old excuse that they are busy with moving warehouse, and have limited stock due to the demand.
Will not be ordering ever again from them.
Accept order and payment when dont have item in stock, Bad customer service, waiting too long or delivery, unreliable service

No communication, No customer service
I agree with the comments. I have now been waiting 5 weeks for my order. I too sent them an email to find out what was happening and not be sent an email back saying that someone will contact me within 2 days. Well its been a week and still nothing.
This is extremely poor customer service. I have other orders too that I placed since then and wonder if I will get these before xmas and one of them is a voucher which will expire next week.
After this I will never purchase anything from Mumgo again.
Ive now learnt that if a company doesn't display their phone number then they are a shonky business.

Don't recommend this company
I too have been waiting for almost a month for $200.00 of baby items that I need for when I have my baby in 2 weeks. Don't think ill be receiving them anytime soon as it has been 4 days since I emailed them with no reply even though they state 2 days max for a reply. Don't waste your money on this pathetic excuse for a company. Bad customer service!! Will never shop with mumgo again.

Terrible service, lies about delivery
Dont use Mumgo. I was immediately charged for my items and am still waiting for dispatch nearly two months later. I tried emailing for a reason for the order taking so long and have been told that they are moving warehouse and can't tell me when my order will be able to be dispatched. I am waiting on Christmas presents that I have been charged for and look like I will have to purchase new items elsewhere.
Delivery is non existent as is Customer service

Late delivery! Poor Customer Service!
I placed my order on the 30 Oct and according to the shipping policy, I expected my delivery to made within the 15 days delivery time frame. However, 15 days came and gone and no package yet and that prompted me to email them to find out about my order. 2 days after, I received an email to inform that my order has been despatched! My order took 17 days after ordering to be despatched! In the next reply, delivery after despatch takes about 3-9 days!
I don't think I would get any update on my order if I didn't contact them! I don't care if they moved warehouse recently or had a huge influx of orders due to their recent media exposure!
Extremely Late delivery! Customer service.

Yuck!
Finally got one of my way overdue orders. Opened the box only to find a large blob of green chewed chewing gum sticking two of the packages together. Not only is that disgusting but it means that I can't give them away as presents - which is what I bought them for! No point even trying to return them after it took nearly a month to get them in the first - besides they'll only give you a credit anyway.
Can't return products can only get a credit - but I don't want to shop with them again!

Do yourself a favor and dont buy from this company.
I purchased 2 lots of 3 photo books. And now on day 21 and they havent bothered to answer any of my three emails. On their site it says dispatched, however the Australia Post tracking number they have supplied is fake with BOTH sales. I wouldnt even advertise with this company I feel sorry for Photo Deals Australia who Mumgo are currently dragging through the mud.
Sucked you in with cheap price, then p/h was more than the item cost. Item never arrive. No customer service. Fake tracking details.

Terrible customer service - no response - incorrect advertising
I purchased 3 hardcover photobooks, received the voucher, made the books. Went to use the voucher and it was only valid for softcover. I know for sure I purchased hard cover books as I was quite determined that is what I wanted. Like everyone else, have contacted them by email (no phone no) and not received a response. Luckily for me the photobooks company - who have much better service - have agreed to honour them. Still no word from Mumgo. Vouchers will expire before I get a response from them. Steer clear!

Disgraceful service
This site is a joke! I placed my order of 18 products totalling $123 37 business days ago. I have had to email the site 3 times now asking where my order is. Turns out they don't have 5 of the products i ordered in stock. They refunded me for the products out of stock and said that they would post the order ASAP. That was 8 business days ago. They state up to 15 business days for postage and up to 2 business days for a email response from the help centre. Both statements are incorrect. Do yourself a favour- Don't shop with mumgo
Stock problems, still haven't posted my order, take too long to respond to email, no phone number, the list goes on!

se conditions eg: a time frame in which you can make the request and they suggest requesting a refund from the site first. Failing that consumers can contact Australian Consumer Laws via their website: http://www.consumerlaw.gov.au/content/Content.aspx?doc=home.htm and click on consumer questions and complaints. Dont use MUMGO
I ordered though mumgo and waiting for over 20 days to receive my order. I emailed them after 15 days. Although the website says that they will respond within 2 business days I havent heard from them at all. Seem like I have to forget the order now. I am very dissapointed and will never visit this website..

Waste of space
I have a similar story to most of the other posters. I have always been a bit wary of internet shopping as I worry that the goods purchased may never come. I decided to test out Mumgo after hearing about it on one of those current affairs programs. I purchased a few low cost items which arrived within a week. r the Australia Post tracking number provided on my account is not a valid tracking number according to Australia Post so I wonder if the order really has shipped or not. The other order says "Processing". My nephew's birthday has been and gone and I am wondering if these items will even get here before Christmas. There is no contact phone number for Mumgo, only an email service which according to the other stories I've read here it's a waste of time even using. I also notice that a $20 credit has appeared on my account to spend elsewhere on the site, I'm not sure why but from reading other peoples comments here I am guessing one of my products is being refunded. Very bad service
After waiting over 4 weeks for an order with no communication at all (I sent them an enquiry email about the long wait time) the order finally arrived with a faulty product. I emailed them again regarding the faulty product and later that day I got a response (a week later) regarding the late delivery. I replied to that email letting them know again about the faulty product and I have had no response to either of the emails 5 days later. No phone numbers. Buyer beware. This company could get away with murder, I will be letting everyone I know to avoid them, it's just not worth the hassle to save a couple of dollars.

Exactly 1 month ago i order a heap of products on Mumgo! Since then i have had several snotty replies to my desperate please for help with my order.....

I re-opened my support request and said nothing had happened... only for my order to move to "processing" and i got the same snotty / stupid reply saying that every-time i wrote them i was placed in the bottom of their help queue..... Another 8 days later it has now been 1 month since my initial order and my order is still "processing" I have again opened my support request and i expect another stupid / useless reply shortly! Mumgo! Please note. Customers do not care if you are moving warehouses. November is a ridiculous time of year to do it. I am now up to day 15 of waiting for birthday gifts which need to be received by me in Sydney and then posted to NZ. Where are they?
This website has little or no customer service - and the deals are not that great. I will be going elsewhere.

ng, they have sent a size 12 NOT a size 8. At checkout you could only order an 8 or 9. Very disappointing. As i would not like to receive these as a gift I am going to have to cut my losses here and never buy anything from Mumgo ever again. Do Not waste your time, money or effort - the stress isn't worth it.

I have been shopping with Mumgo for a considerable amount of time and would like to call myself an extremely loyal customer.

for one week for a reply. When I finally heard back from this company the email was an automatically generated reply stating they were moving warehouse and to expect delays. Because this, in no way, resolved my concerns I opened up my ticket again stating how if I had have been made aware of the lengthy delays prior to placing my multiple orders with them, then I would have taken my business elsewhere. I also expressed my deep regret in the fact that my mum's and daughter's presents were both M.I.A. To get one thing straight, my Mum's presents didn't matter because she is old enough to understand; my daughter's gifts though broke my heart, because I had spent my budget with Mumgo and had no money left or even the thought that I may have to buy her a back up gift given that I ordered with a month til her birthday. Moments after I sent this reply email, I received the exact same "shipping delay" generated email as the first one they sent me. This is when I took to their facebook page in a desperate bid to contact a real person. I failed. Not only does Mumgo not have a contact number on their facebook page, but they also don't have the section on the left of the page where you can write a post on their wall. If this doesn't scream absolutely 100% dodgy company then I really don't know what does. Upon looking though their facebook page I found quite a few other people who were in the same boat as I, people who despite trying their hardest could not contact Mumgo any other way but via email or commenting on a photo their facebook page had posted. Today is the final day they have to dispute my claim - but so far no contact has been made! Excellent products and service - But know your prices first!
I was linked to mumgo.com by another pregnant friend when they were having a sale on some products we needed. I found that most their prices were dramatically cheaper then stores, that postage took 1-2 days to dispatch and that my items arrived well packaged. With one of my orders they had a system glitch and my item took a week to post out, but after emailing them and asking why they posted it right away with an apology explaining the situation. Products took way to long to be posted
Waited for 4 weeks for items to be delivered and nothing! I tried contacting Mumgo about my order but they have no telephone number and can only contact them via email which they dont answer at all (however they do state that will try to reply to emails in 2 business days)
Overall it is better to buy non bulky goods overseas from USA rather than this site. Mumgo just has terrible service! At least you know where David Jones and Myer are located and you can go see them. I cant wait to Amazon opens up in Australia and hopefully provides competition.

Distressingly bad!
It's been a month and a week after I made an order through mumgo, i still haven't receive it yet... It's fully paid. The weird thing is i can't keep track on my order because i just can't find my order details in my mumgo account when i login. I made 3 complaints about this to their customer service, they won't help... So dissapointing

I bought 12 items 3 weeks ago and still waiting for the delivery when I sent them an email asking where my order is staff replied after 5 days with a tracking no and said package has been dispatched I checked on Auspost website and the order was moved to WA called Auspost who said the order was not under my name means I was given a wrong tracking no and wrong info with false hope of receiving the package this week
