Returns Policy Stinks! Beware Of Sale Items Unable To Return
I've been shopping at Myers for years. Apparently from the 1st Oct 19 Myers no longer accepts returns on sale items even within a 30 day period. This is absolutely appalling and takes advantage of customers who may buy on the spur of the moment, then go home and something doesn't fit properly. Come on Myers lift your standards as this is terrible customer service and forces customers to buy online from other stores.

Disgusted with service
I ordered several items for my daughter for Christmas early December. I ordered a specific top to match a skirt i ordered, the skirt arrived but the top did not. I was not sent an email to inform me that it was out of stock or anything. After calling myer and waiting for almost half an hr to speak with someone i was told that there was no stock in Australia. They asked if i would like to keep the top on backorder and i said yes as without the top i would not have ordered the skirt. Now i have a skirt with absolutely nothing to match it with, might as well have thrown my money in the bin. You think you order early enough for Christmas
I placed my order on the 7th of December I assumed this was plenty of time for them to arrive before Christmas. Only after I call today (23rd) do they then decide to ship them much too late, have called 3 times now and they have been very unhelpful suggesting that I go and buy a different present instead. Would give negative stars if I could.

Issue with click and collect item.
Can someone please advise me of an actual email address for Myer customer service. Seems ridiculous but I just cannot find an email address and don't get answers via fb messenger. Thanks in advance. ...I like to write my concerns...not voice them.

Never arrived. Merry Xmas Myer!
Vacuum cleaner never arrived. $1200 vacuum cleaner sent by Myer online with Auspost. Vacuum cleaner goes missing and no one can locate it. Myer! Poor choice of business partners let us both down. Auspost says package is missing, Myer opens investigation, we have paid but not had item delivered. Now we have to wait while an investigation wastes more time. Merry Xmas Myer.

Delivery takes over 5 workings days in the suburbs close to the store. No one to answer calls
Waiting for a delivery of my order. Placed on hold or calls ring out, or just silence at the end of the line many times. Bought an appliance to be delivered a short distance from the store, however it takes over 5 business days.
At the end of day 6 went to the store only to be told 4-7 business days given to us at the time of purchase was an estimate as they cant guarantee it and its Australia Post! But at the time of the purchase they did say it will come up to 7 days! For free. We were willing to pay $75 but they said it will come so we went with that. Now paid $75 for next day delivery. Got an apology after much complaining what went on. Told we should have said to them we needed it by Christmas- why if told it certainly will by 7 days

Never shopping at Myer ever again!
Have been on the phone for two hours over the past two day chasing up a discount my friend had received on the same item Im wanting to purchase. Gentlemen by the name of [name removed] had told me that he would honour the discount only to be told that no one knows who [name removed] is! A manager has called me back saying dont know how he could see the transaction, well how am I meant to know! Only going on what I was told by [name removed]! Customer satisfaction ha! Wait forever
Currently I have been waiting on the phone for over 40 minutes waiting for a customer representative to answer my call.
I ordered online but have received no email and yet the money has been taken from my bank account. The site mentions that it should be available by 10.00 AM next day.
I went to the store prior to phoning and they couldn't see the order in their system.
I can't afford to spend so much time chasing up a $50.00 purchase.
Very poor service from Myers.

Very Poor Service
Ordered a product online for click and collect which showed it was in stock, I expected to pick the product up the next day. I received no notification that the product was NOT in stock or would NOT be available the next day (as per the click and collect terms and conditions).
This order was NOT part of the Black Friday sale.

WARNING- MYER DONT CHECK ORDERS BEFORE DISPATCH!!!
I purchased two packs of Sheridan pillows at $200 each unit.
After one week- which I think is a long time to receive items sent from Altona in Melbourne to my address also in Melbourne, I received delivery today.
I only received one pack.
I rang Myer, and they said my items delivered.
I explained that I only received half the order and still missing another item worth $200!!
They checked and after a while they got back to me to say the store who received the order: "... thought you only ordered one item"!!!!

Still waiting 2 weeks later..
Worst online shopping experience ever! Placed an order in the black friday sales and more than 2 weeks later still nothing. Am currently waiting for the second time trying to get through. Hung up last time after waiting 40 mins and am currently up to 20 minutes now so who knows if I'll get through. I order things from the other side of the world that get here in less than a week so not sure why they take so long.

uld purchase my order online now and pay for shipping - which would cost me a lot more money than I would be refunded. Don't waste your time, incompetent, lazy packaging for breakable items, & bad customer service.
Total waste of my time. I ordered crockery individual Ecology mugs. When package arrived I could hear them clicking together, said to my husband I will be surprised if any aren't broken. Open the box as a picture attached no protective packaging at all!! Yes broken.... 1 hour on hold trying to speak to someone. Should have and will in future bypass Myer and buy DIRECT with the company brand online or DAVID JONES as they know how to package deliveries.

Terrible experience
Website does not have enough photos to enable customers to gain an accurate view of items.
Website does not provide accurate listings of fibre content of clothing.
After purchasing online, I did not immediately receive a receipt from Myer (I got one from PayPal).
After placing an order, it does not show in the 'My orders' section of my account. Instead it displays 'You currently have no orders'.
I cannot find an email address or online form on the website to contact Myer about my order. They only list a phone number.
Overall, Myer's online service is as dismal as their instore experience.

Most insulted I have ever been as a customer
Firstly I'd like to say that I tried to write an email to Myer to discuss this, but cannot find a complaints email address anywhere on their website so I have chosen to give the feedback here in this public forum.

Terrible online system
I placed an order with Myer 30 May. I rang today to get an update only to be told the item had been out of stock when I placed the order and it had to be sourced. I don't understand how an item can be displayed as available at the time of checkout and why I didn't receive an email explaining the item was out of stock and giving me the option to wait or cancel. Its unfortunate that Myer don't understand the significance of online shopping these days and the importance of having a system that has up to date product availability and meeting their shipping deadlines. Myer will continue to lose loyal customers who don't believe when they buy from Myer that there expectations surrounding that purchase will be met.

Item missing, no solution
I bought a set of four glasses but when they were delivered, two were missing from the box. When I called customer service, they asked me to send the two back and they would redispatch the four. But I would have to pay for sending it back in a box with bubble wrap. Could they not just have acknowledged their mistake and sent a new box? The set was $15.
