MyGenie GMAX Wi-Fi

Great unit works very well only issue is I can not get it to connect to the wifi. I have two units. But other then that they are great.

Less than 6 months after purchase for more than it was worth and other reviewers, I get max a half an hour vacuuming then the battery dies. It does vacuum my carpet in 2 bedrooms, but it can't handle the shag rug in my living room. I'm ok with that, but after spending 250 and that was on sale, I do NOT have my money's worth, and I am disappointed because it's just another bunch of plastic and electronic waste. I get a quarter of my very small house then it dies. The actual design of the dust catcher and the ability to take it apart to clean is great. I just want these companies to be responsible for the waste their substandard quality products and this is why I am writing this review.

I cannot recommend this vacuum. It keeps pushing the loose particles on my floor underneath itself which comes out behind, and the rubber seal I guess is used to scoop the debris into the unit is forever caught in the roller underneath. Good at collecting cat fur- mostly because it gets caught in the brushes.
If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would.

It cleans alright, but by god is it the dumbest robot vacuum I have ever had. This robot, which we have lovingly called Maximillian, is meant to have intelligent anti-collision but watch it bump into every single furniture every 5 seconds. And even worse, bumping into the SAME one multiple times. It constantly needs rescuing from getting trapped under things. The automatic charging doesn't work either because we've come home to him dead in the middle of the living room when he's literally 2 steps away from the charging port-- with NOTHING blocking it, mind you. We're too scared to let it run on the 2nd floor because we're sure it'll fall down the stairs and hurt itself.

All the flaws aside, it helps when we're too lazy to vacuum ourselves.

This vacuum worked well for dry vacuuming and mopping at first but after a few uses the brush broke and the mopping function no longer works. Thinking it was the water tank, I bought a new one, but this did not fix the issue. Chasing up support to get the problem sorted out has been painful. A video is required but the capacity for file uploads is so small even photograph files were too large. Maybe the machine I bought was a lemon but the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

Repeatedly asked for assistance over a number of months unsuccessfully, as I had made a mistake the first time I tried it out. Now the product is no more than an expensive paperweight.

Rubbish my mother in law got me this for a birthday present didn’t even last 6 months keeps coming up with errors & won’t work or charge. Don’t waste your money. Was great when it did work. I have Lino & vinyl planks for flooring. It’s now in the bin I couldn’t be frustrated by the thing any more.

Given the price point of this robot vacuum we were pleasantly surprised that it could mop and vacuum. It’s very easy to set up and operate both the vacuum and app. The onboard dustbin and water tank have enough capacity to clean a large home and the battery lasts about an hour for vacuuming and longer when mopping. It has impressive suction and decent enough mopping capability. It has the option to select more intensive suction power or a higher water seeping mode for mopping which comes in handy but also at the cost of higher battery consu

We got this vacuum from Noni B in January 2022 and it stopped working in March. When we first got it it worked wonders on our tiled floors and even the carpeted areas. We had clean floors and life was good. It connected well with our wifi. The only problem was it would get stuck under some furniture pieces. Kinda annoying but it was working still.

In March it started to make these really loud rattling noises and was not working properly and now when you take it off its charging port it just switches off and records battery power of zero % even though its been charging all day. Very very disappointed with this product.

I got this as a christmas present. Still cant connect it to my wifi via the weback app. have to use the remote so the features cant be fully used I think. i have followed every instruction.
wish there was an alternative app.
