Total failure of a system. Middle of the day, nothing works. I want to place some trades and I cant even transfer money into my trading account as it simply freezes up or comes up with an error.

Unable to contact by email or phone causing missed opportunities to buy and sell these have been costly due to Nabtrade's inability to be contacted.
Has to be one of the worst share trading systems on the market. I use other trading systems which are much easier and have contactable people when needed.

after logging in this morning and many attempts I can not view my holdings. As long as you click the holdings, the whole webpage frozen and crashed. Loss a good chance to sell shares at high price. really shix service.

I like the tools as novice trader but it is very frustrating that it crashes and logs you out when you can make quick profits. Not for day traders. Zero customer service as when you will get to someone after waiting they will tell you they know the issue and working on it.

I am banking with nab aswell but would advise others to stay away.

I cannot activate my international trading account because when I call the number no one ever answers. Whats the point of using their service if you cant even buy international shares!

Emailed one week ago with no response, called and waited over one hour with no answer.

Seems customer service in non existent.

Also, comparing to other platforms I have found this platform works but is old and they have not put funding into updating it for a long time. I does work though just a little outdated.

The price for buying and selling gets expensive if you are investing a little more money but when you look at the long run and compare to other companies charging a flat 9.95 per buy and sell it shows nab trade is actually very expensive.

Buy $15 for shares and as you can make profit the sell is actually $20, Make a few trades and are successful then you loose. Not much but it all adds up!

System cannot handle high volumes. What is the use of a trading system that doesn't provide access when required. NAB as a financial services institution have been a fail is all areas. To the CEO, spend the money and get your systems right!

Absolute crap customer support when web site frequently fails and had nightmare glitches can't buy or access/transfer any funds.Telephone service absolute and utter crap, they never answer the bloody phone.

The system is frozen most of the time when you really need it.
When you contact their customer service, the reply is "all our client service specialist is currently busy " and the wait time is huge. you have 2 percent chance in getting through - under resourced .

Had problems with NABTRADE before with not being able to login. So lately, as advised I have been logging in early before start of trade.
I reached a point today where I wanted to sell all of my holdings quickly before a huge rout. I clicked on Holdings and there was just a blank area. I tried several times with some displaying an error message.
Now I am stuck in the COVID19 shareholding rut nightmare with massive losses of thousands of $$$$ more.

Just need to access my holdings to sell and purchase tonite This happening all the time now. Why cant the platform support volume? Please fix the plate-form so we dont lose money, whilst you hold us captive

It does the basic job.
It's not a MODERN buy/sell share trading platform. The UI is awkward and designed in early 2000s.

During any heavy load, the whole system just falls over.
Have order you want to adjust? Sorry market has moved 3-4% while they jammed the system.
You invest in PEOPLE and PEOPLE who want to work for you. I believe I mentioned that at an interview you didn't hire me. The PEOPLE who have hired and the technology you believe in isn't working for you.

Dreadful when ASX is busy. Can't place orders even if you do manage to logon. They keep saying they are going to fix, but it hasn't happened yet at 19/3/2020.

If your job is to facilitate trading then this is a complete fail. This platform does not work during high volume times when you need it the most; it is ridiculous. My brother experienced same problem last week - the site had crashed. Massive volume today and wont allow me to access my holdings or place orders. I am "corona'ed" in. Cant even get a phone call through as their lines are constantly engaged. Will sustain heavy losses. Will be moving my holdings asap.

Fees are relatively low but I view it as a second rate platform because it isn't robust enough to work during high volume times when you need it the most. If you want to sell out of a potentially crashing market. Forget it. You will be locked in. They take the money for the trades but you wont be able to sell when you need to.

I can't access my nabtrade account holdings or orders, can't place any orders... when market is busy their system is crashed. Worst service, due to this I made loss because couldn't place orders on-time.
