Amazing!!! However needs better usage explanation!

published

Purchased in March 2021.

GOOD SIZE AND EXTRA ABSORBENCY...great!

published

I had tried many disposable and reusable breast pads, I had even tried the natures child regular size that were not enough for me but when I found the large size, they had extra thickness, were larger. My bra cup is 16E so you can image I need a large pad! These had enough absorbency and were a good size for me. Thank you.

Great for sensitive skin

published

I have from sensitive skin and to prevent negative reactions need to wear pure cotton. I purchased the Natures Way in addition to cotton disposable pads and found these to be far superior for comfort ie not scratchy. I wear contoured bras and haven't experienced the leak/visibility issues of others.

Soft, Organic, Perfect!

published

Soft, perfect, saved us lots of money. A friend recommended them, she purchased them from baby bunting but we lived too far away so i purchased them on line. I like the regular size but also found the large best for night time. Just had to get used to sleeping in a bra. The light and discreet were good in the final weeks when I only had a little millk. Ive kept using them as make up removers now that i no longer need breast pads. lol
the feeling plus not having to buy them over and over. 2 packets were enough - no more cost.

Very visible under even the thickest clothes

published

Sadly I ended up not needing breast pads as I had trouble with breast feeding and a drop was never wasted. I purchased these when pregnant and wore them around in the hospital and at home as if I somehow could magically make milk pour out of my body. Lot's of my photos show me with a beautiful baby, a big smile and a huge, well defined circle over each of my breasts.
Organic
Very visible and quite expensive

Leak, leak, leak!

published

Don't waste your money! I'd leak straight through these breast pads, which was very embarrassing when I was out one day! They are also very obvious under clothing, & stretch out of shape in the wash.

These leaked every time i used them. They were VERY obvious under clothes, & also stretched out of shape in the wash.

Bad

published

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased these! I'll keep looking for washable ones, but for now it is back to disposables.
I think it is good to use organic and washable nursing pads- it works with my philosophy.
I thought there would be some brand reliability with these too.
They washed pretty well in the washing machine.
Was not absorbant enough for a (non feeding) let-down. Now this was during the day, I got the day ones - as advertised- for day use. It stuck to my breast and nipple when removing- very very sticky.

Lifesaver! Soft & comfortable

published

I found paper breast pads irritated my skin, and the first set of cotton breast pads (Avent?) I bought did too as they werent soft enough. I was fairly miserable with the whole situation. I bought these next and love them. They are super soft and comfortable. The only problem is the price and how many i needed to get them washed and dried in time - ended up with 3 packs which isnt cheap. But I would not have gone without them for anything. Also, if they arent absorbent enough for you you can double them. They didnt show under my bras as i wear t-shirt bras anyway.
So so lovely and soft. Didnt irritate me at all. Absorbent enough for me
Nothing. A little bit expensive.

Terrible

Comfortable to wear and a nice idea, after all the disposble nappies I'm using I wanted to minimise my environmental footprint everywhere else that I could. Was also thinking that it would be a more cost effective option than disposables but they didn't work for me. I found that they just weren't absorbent enough and then leaked really easily once they were full.
Environmentally responsible. Comfortable. Cheaper in the long run than disposables (if they work for you.
Didn't have the absobency that I needed. Realised that the last thing I wanted was more laundry to do.

I really wanted to use these pads as we use cloth diapers and cloth wipes but they just didn't work at all. They could handle any bit of moisture and were constantly soaked. I also ended up with very sore nipples and they were very uncomfortable to wear. Any benefit to the environment is negated by the fact you will end up throwing them away and buying something else.

didn't work at all, expensive and were visible under any shirt. Uncomfortable on sore cracked nipples. Not really environmentally friendly as they don't work so you will just end up throwing them away anyways.

These pads are suitable for women who do not have a baby and are not breast feeding, i.e - no one. They are so useless that I don't actually think they understand the meaning of absorbent. Every time I used these they leaked straight through on to what ever I was wearing. They stain and after time also start to smell, I used nappysan and heavy duty bleach to clean them but nothing worked. I don't think any amount of washing would make a difference and I don't really know why I continued to used them. Do yourself a favour and get disposable, so much easier to use!
Ummmmmm, I know - 100% organic cotton
leak leak leak!

didnt absorb at all, washed them heaps and they were still totally useless.
A face washer would of been better and more absorbant.
I would not recommend these to any one. It is good to see an Australian company but they do need to rethink their design and fabric

expensive, leaked
