Yummy, thick meal replacement shake.

published

The Fatblaster meal replacement shakes are one I am impressed with. I have tried both Optifast and Optislim and they don't compare. The Fatblaster ones are thick and filling and lovely tasting while not being overly sweet. I have tried both the chocolate and the vanilla flavours and prefer the choocolate as I am generally a big chocolate fan. They contain a good amount of nutrients for the purpose.
Taste, price, thickness, filling.

I would agree. The taste is very nice and they whip up lovely and thick when you add ice. For a little extra flavour I add frozen berries it tastes naughty so I love it....

Great product really works

published

These shakes taste great, I have taken them in the mornings for 2 weeks and in that time have lost 2.5 kilos. I don't feel bloated at all like some have mentioned. I am satisfied until lunchtime and do not feel the need to pick. I know it has only been 2 weeks but I am still confident that I will reach my goal.
Taste
If not consumed straight away it is hard to drink as it becomes quite thick

I looked at other brands but found they were full of sugar and more fat than this one. I've tried the Biggest Loser range but it was too powdery and not very nice. I love the vanilla creme flavour- apparently this is a "new improved" flavour and it's so yummy! It's very filling and an ideal drink to accompany breakfast as it tastes just like a milkshake even when mixed just with water. I suppose if you wanted coffee flavour, add coffee, or a sugar free chocolate/strawberry flavouring... but I like the vanilla :)
Great taste, good price, no sugar, less fat than other brands, filling.

love it

How are you going? Was wondering how the 100g meat and salad affected the shakes. Did you lose weight quickly or do you need to just have the shakes?

Good

published

I purchased this milkshake as an addition to try and help me lose 10-15kg (suplemented by increasing my exercise and watching my daily food intake) because compared to other products in this category it has a higher percentage of vitamins and protein, yet lower fat and carbohydrates. Satisfied me for a couple of hours (but you need to be disciplined to begin with) and so far so good. Will advise in how I go with weight-loss, but in one week have lost 2kg.
Nutritional values seems high compared to other products in this category. Price very good ($29.99 for 21 sachets at Chemist Warehouse)
The vanilla milkshake is a bit bland (tastes very powdery), but for diet purposes I can tolerate this.

I have found it to have the highest sugar which are carbs and the lowest protein. Don't know which shakes you are comparing to but this one may be the cheapest but there is a reason for it.

I started on Fatblaster couple of years ago when I had put on some weight and had gained a whole size. I was finding it very hard to lose the weight and was desperate so tried FatBlaster. I used it for about 2 months and lost ZERO weight by following their guide. It seems like anyone can sell diet shakes and pills these days without actually having to have scientific prove that it works. I find that this one is a total con and don't understand why respectable pharmacies sell it. Anyways, I changed my diet and got a bit more active and lost the kilos. The natural way is always the best way.
Nothing, I think the whole thing is a con
It doesn't work

Milkshake

published

This milkshake is good for breakfast and lunch add some fruit to it at lunch time it will taste better and this will stop the food cravings. Highly recommend this as a easy weigh loss. Most pharmacy's stock this product major super markets do not. For best results use a few times a week. Hopefully they can improve on better tasting flavours as it is a bit bland. A bit expensive to purchase but is worth it in the long run.
It helps with the food cravings
It does not taste very nice

Hi,
I've changed to a keto diet and I've replaced 2 meals a day with the keto shake meal and mixing it with coconut milk and a little double cream to incorporate enough fat to satisfy the keto diet requirements. Doing this with my 1 meal being salad or veg and protein, will i still loose weight in "ketosis" or will I need to add more or less good fats to my diet? Is there enough fat in the shake along with my main meal to keep me in ketosis without mixing it with the coconut milk and double cream? My aim is to stay in ketosis to loose weight, that's why I brought this keto friendly shake.
