Product won’t let you search for locations that have weight or length limits even if you have to enter for a job this is very annoying when your an interstate driver

Screen Freezes

I bought this unit 2 weeks ago, and the screen freezes on every trip.
The last trip it froze within the first minute, and never came back.
The dashcam & alerts are working in the background, but the screen doesn't update, so as a GPS it's useless.
I've had numerous Navman units over the years, including the C60,MY60T, MY350LMT, MiVue Drive LM, MiVue Drive FHD, and now the Big Rig Duo.
The combination GPS & Dashcam has improved, but this latest unit is unusable as a GPS,

Purchased in December 2021 at Harvey Norman for $378.00.

I have a Navman Bigrigduo. The dashcam seems to not be working for some reasom. I turn it on and all i see haze but no view at what I am looking at. Please can you help? The manual is useless has nothing about dashcam

Hi Peter,

We are sorry to know that you are having a problem with the camera of your device.

The first thing I would suggest to get the problem rectified is to make sure that the blue plastic on the lens has been removed and gently wipe the lens using a soft cloth.

If the problem persists, perform a hard reset to the device by poking the reset hole at the back. Please also ensure that you are using a compatible memory card. Problem such as this could be caused by a faulty or incompatible memory. More information can be found here:
