WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY COFFEE ???
Café Menu Salted CaramelI mourn for the loss of my good old Nescafé sachets !
I have been enjoying Nescafé Sachet coffees for around 8 years. I have been a huge fan of the entire range, but not any more.
They must have changed the recipes, and it is definitely not for the better. The great taste has gone, and the froth went with it.
The picture on the outside of the box no longer represents what you get when you buy the product.
I have been persisting, with drinking this disappointing excuse for a beverage, for some time now, in the vain hope that Nescafé might finally get the message, and go back to the old recipe, which was clearly a winner.
Change it back. What have yous done. Near perfect too rubish.
Café Menu Salted CaramelI bought some caramel and moche latte sachets from coles a few days ago and recently tried them out. I remember trying these at my friends house a few years back and expected them too taste the same. I remember these tasted delicous, frothy full of a perfectly excecuted flavour they were representing. These taste bland herrendous and watered down. nothing compared too what i remember and was expecting. What have you guys done? Yet another great product line ruined by higher ups in a big company, cheaping out im assuming.

Bring it Back
Café Menu Salted CaramelPlease please bring back the salted caramel flavour. It was and is the best. I have tried the others so have stopped buying the coffee as they were not as nice. Thank you
Please bring it back!
Café Menu Salted CaramelI have a Nescafe cafe coffee every morning and so looked forward to the Salted caramel flavour. I was so disappointed when it was taken off the Menu. I am now drinking the Toffee Nut but it is nowhere near as flavoursome as the Salted Caramel. Please, please bring it back! (I feel the same about the White Chocolate Mocha!)
Devastated!!
Café Menu Salted CaramelI am not a serial coffee drinker but absolutely got addicted to Salted Caramel latte and I am truly sad that you are not making this flavour anymore. Oh well another customer lost to Nestlé.
In terms of instant coffee it's amazing!
Café Menu Salted CaramelThis sachet of instant coffee tastes divine, it's designed to be a sweet cafe style coffee without the calories, and it's easy to say that they have pulled it off with only 72 calories per sachet which is coupled with a mildly sweet caramel flavour. Too bad it's only available for a limited time.
Questions & Answers
Why oh why did you take the Salted Caramel flavour off the market? Also liked the Coconut flavour and the white Mocha and now the Toffee Nut. My supply of the sachets had run low this week. I searched for the above (gave up on salted caramel a long time ago). Even the Toffee Nut as insipid as it is, can no longer be found easily. So my question is- Nescafé/ Nestle spends exorbitant amounts on coming up with new products and then takes them OFF the market? Do you ever listen to your customers? Or do you NOT spend enough on promoting your product to get a loyal customer base for the new products?
Oh well. Here is Lis again. 3 years later. I am totally convinced that Nescafe does NOT listen to our reviews. That's so true about taking GREAT products off the market. After missing my Toffee Nut and the Salted caramel range, oh surprise, surprise, you brought in the Creme Brulee sachets. My family and I went crazy over it. I buy 10 boxes at a time. In the last three weeks, stores have gotten rid of their stocks! Why?
It seems that Nescafe does not listen as I still have not seen a reply from 3 years ago.
Nescafe keeps all the older types of sachets like the overly sweet caramel.
Can you please let us know why you are taking these new products off the market? Once again, obviously its the sales but hey! you don't have much marketing for these new products when they come out either. Disappointed in this multi national company.
