I have been buying this product for many years, my go to treat. last month I bought two 26 value packs both with the new outside packaging. One pack had old sachet style decals, the other new. Old sachets tasted as glorious as usual, however the sachets with the new decals was absolutely tasteless. Won’t be buying any more

I’m sorry, I’ve been drinking these for years. Tried the new caramel latte this week. What is in it that’s not in the old type? It doesn’t taste the same and it’s leaving a bad taste in my mouth. So bad that I couldn’t drink a quarter of the cup. They are going in the bin. I noticed too that the others changed with the new packaging. Thought it was me until I read the comment before this one. What a shame.

The new packaging cappuccino decaf creamy and frothy is absolutely horrible, i don't no what has happened but thy taste like they have caramel in thm, i returned them back to store in nz but would only refund unopened box not box i opened to try, went to warehouse and bought up old packaging boxs of decaf cappuccino and thy were beautiful.

I love the sachet coffees and this one is my favourite full of flavour just perfect.I have tried others but this one is the best of all of them, so i usually buy two packs a fortnight

The new creamy frothy sachets, cappuccino and vanilla are now quite tasteless. Very disappointed. Marketing suggests they are the same, but they are not. We should be able to choose between original and creamy and frothy.

It elicited the “form reply” seen on all these reviews, inviting me to ring the 1800 number. I did and gave up after ten minutes waiting. Tried again next day, waited 15 minutes then was invited to leave a message with the answering service. I actually spoke to a real person, gave all details required, was assured I’d be contacted within 48 hrs. That was 2 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing. Customer service is as bad as the taste of the new mochas!
Nescafé keep saying the problem is being fixed, but no timeline given. Why not just recall the “faulty” batches and start again?

Why has the issue with the mocha not been resolved after 6 months? Consumers are unhappy. The taste is very bitter, there is no froth. It is undrinkable without sugar and even with sugar still tastes terrible - chemical like. I understand it is not feasible to destroy all the current stock but why not give consumers the option to buy new stock that is back to the mocha we know and love directly from Nescafé? How are you planning on informing customers that the old mocha is back so we know when to buy again and how can we differentiate the new from the current in store?

I've been a fan and consumer of Nescafe Mocha sachets for many years. But not any more !!!! It's been a year or more since I've been able to open a packet of Nescafe Mocha without hurting my thumb. [Tear here... Hold firmly!! the new packaging says] Well, let me tell you, since you're testers are not. Scissors are the ONLY way to open these packets and I am NOT happy. Other companies have managed to conquer this - and they don't taste so bad either - why have I persisted with Nescafe? Answer... I'm not.

Bitter, undrinkable, chemically sweet undertones. Does not taste good, at all. OH my god. How can anyone drink this? Waste of 3.50. Lucky it was on sale. throwing the whole packet out.
Can we please have the tiramisu latte back as a permanant flavour please?? It was what started me on the sachets and i have now been through them all and none of them compare!! I need this in my life including the choc shaker and i thank you for your consideration. I will keep searching for it on the shelf forever! Kind regards.

The new Mocha is watery and has way less froth than the old Mocha. The old Mocha was smooth, sweet and more frothy than the latest version. This reminds me of Coke when they tried to replace the old Coke with the new coke back in the 80’s. Please don’t repeat the same mistake.
I love this mocha and buy it over the similar Greggs product. I just bought a new box from Countdown in New Zealand (this was a value pack that has new packaging to previous value packs). It tastes quite different and not in a good way. Also, the mouth feel is thin and the froth is thinner too. (I thought maybe a 'lite' version had been put out but it isn't.) Will be reconsidering whether the Greggs product is better than this.

I didnt like the old taste, accidentally purchased a pack just recently & was very surprised by a better taste. Different box too. Will keep buying this now.

The taste is absolutely terrible. The ingredients have changed. A bad batch of ingredients in the supply chain (as Nestle repeatedly claim) which cannot be traced or sorted in more than 6 months is simply spin. Maybe there is a bug in packaging department as well because the ingredients on the box appear different too. Instead of fixing the poor quality issue of the new formula, is the introduction of new packaging and artwork meant to help us forget the previous (great) mocha product?

I don't know, the new Vanilla latte tastes different, nowhere near as nice as the original. I can't believe it's the same as all the ones I've bought in the past. Definitely a different taste. Not happy...

I used to buy the regular Vanilla Latte on occasion if it was on sale, so when I saw that there was now a 98% sugar-free version, I had to try it. I'm sorry I did - this tastes awful! Like earwax! I will not be repurchasing.
