Quality products, great range
Have always bought weekly based shoes from Nike and haven not been disappointed thus far - lasting, comfortable and fashionable. Somewhat recently have branched out into the Nike brand in terms of the clothing and tis the same case there. - lasting, comfortable and fashionable. Mainstream brand, but truly good quality comfortable fashionable but on the expensive side.

Terrible Product
Bought a pair of vapour max shoes at a retail store which after wearing intermittently for four months, the sole gave out & air started leaking. High end shoes, do not even last four months. Refused to refund or replace as they said it is wear and tear after 4 measly months of use. So they are trying to make out that you wear them day in day out for 4 months which is rubbish. Called Nike Australia. Disconnected multiple times. Finally get through but went straight to a voicemail telling you to email them, rushed through the email address so you...Read more
have to keep ringing back to get it. Replied to me on email by saying it is wear & tear. A shoe you use for maximum 10 hours a week for 4 months. Adidas replaced their shoes when they were breaking down after 3 months. Not Nike. So they dont guarantee the quality of the product & if the shoe is inherently poor quality, then just say wear and tear. I have emailed them asking them how the shoes cannot handle 4 months intermittent use without breaking down from wear & tear, but there are comprehension issues & they keep parroting back to me its not a manufacturing issue, its wear & tear, without addressing the actual question I'm asking.Similar opinion? Can't Run Around in Nike Jordans!!!!
I purchased a pair of Jordans (recommended by a physio) for my son to wear for school, as they had great ankle support. I discussed at length with the manager of the Foot Locker Cannington store in Perth that I had to have this brand as they had been recommended for my son for school and he also recommended these shoes. A few months later the stitching around the laces on one shoe was all coming loose. I returned the shoe but at the time (Summer)they didn't have any suitable shoe to replace them. I kept the shoes until the new stock arrived. I ...Read more
was told that the manager would call me when this stock arrived, he never did, I had to chase them up! Eventually some 3-4 months later, I got replacement shoes. All good... 4 months later I was checking my son's shoes as he said they were hurting and saw that the sole had completely split just where there was some fancy pattern on the sole!! These shoes were expensive, you expect young kids to grow out of shoes before they wear them out, at least that is what has happened with every other brand of shoe my son has had. I again head back to the Cannington store to show the manager. I was greeted with a groan...! Then on inspection of the shoe the lady said.. And I quote "These are Retro Shoes, you Can't run in them" (!)!!!??? Now my son is 6 years old, he is not that sporty and doesn't do any extracurricular sports, other than swimming, thankfully he doesn't need the shoes for that. So the only running he does is "around" going from classroom to classroom maybe? I would hardly call that 'running' in any sporting capacity, I would also defy anyone to stop a 6 yr old from "running around" at school? The assistant when I purchased the shoes knew that I was purchasing for my son to wear at school. If he had said at the time, that should there be any form of activity that included movement then these are not the shoes for you, I wouldn't have bought them, simple. So a word of warning** When purchasing Sports Shoes from Nike Jordan, be advised that You can not run in them! Even run around. Nike, get your act together, your reviews are really bad, I just wish I had read these before purchasing. I have since advised the Physio who also now does not recommend your shoes to anyone. Or the parents at school, anyone that I talk to really... Seriously... Can't run around in sport's shoes, ridiculous!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Beware of Foot Locker in Cairns central Australia and Nike TN'S
Foot Locker and Nike worst experience ever. Long story short my daughter bought Nike TN's on sale. After 3 months of wearing the soles were so worn down they looked like they were owned for years. Contacted Nike who had Foot Locker contact me(which took long till [name removed] from there contacted me) he told us we could exchange for other color or shoe etc. We went to Foot locker only to have to deal with an annoying manager ([name removed]) who tries to give me explanations as to why they are wore out and that she should not be wearing them ...Read more
everyday. Seriously?! Also to get a different color same shoe we had to pay the difference. I forgot to mention my daughter in 20 and not an athlete just wears them to walk. So [name removed] would not accept the email and tells me to come back another day so she could get in touch with [name removed]. It takes me 1/2 hr by car and 1hr by bus I was not leaving without a shoe. So after 3 hrs of wasting my time she finally get in touch with [name removed] who now tells me because they do not have the same color she needs to pay the difference to get a different color. Well that is not what the email said. Did get our money back but had been hassled few weeks before that from again [name removed] who back then refused us an exchange or a refund. Also my son bought TN'S full price which also fell apart. Those also were returned. So Nike and Foot Locker are absolutely horrible in customer service and quality of workmanship. What do I get in return for the stress and my wasted time? Nothing. Stay away from Foot Locker especially in Cairns Central Australia. The pic below doesn't show the tip which has peeled off. I am also still waiting again to hear from Foot Locker its been a fews weeks again.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Horrible customer service
I’m Canadian and in North America you are able to return a product but in Australia that isn’t the case. The store manager at Bondi Junction was so rude to me and just kept pointing to “the policy” and reminding me there was nothing he could do. So I don’t live here and now I have a credit I’ll never use. Thanks Nike for ripping me off and making me dislike your brand because of poor management and a complete lack of understanding that when someone doesn’t live in Australia they actually can’t use your bull crap credit. I feel ripppppped off!

Don’t drive a vehicle wearing these shoes!
Comfortable for my son and aesthetically pleasing,
but he tells me they are very dangerous to wear whilst driving his car as the segmented soles have caught onto the pedals and it’s taken some effort to separate the shoe from the foot pedal.
