I have a94 mod nissan patrol it has a noise in the rear nearside wheel. Please advise?

Then perhaps you should buy some new wheels and tyres from the tyres shop - they'll place align and balance though, be aware it won't be cheap as it'll likely be 200 to 250 dollars for each tyre plus labour costs though, a mechanical experienced person should be able to pick the problem or the noise could be coming from the braking system
