Got this phone for my brother who has never had a mobile phone before. Wanted something with big buttons. The buttons on this are huge and he has no issues with it. The software itself has been easy to navigate, up and down with the little navigation key, that could be bigger, that is my only complaint for the buttons. I really appreciate the google assistant button that can also be used as an SOS button. It's nice to be able to have a way for my brother to get answers like "when does bunnings close?" that he wouldn't have been able to find out before. I would recommend this phone. Will update down the track if any issues come up but so far so good!
