JUST AWFUL...
Nokia have tried to do something different but failed terribly. This a horrible little phone . I hate it with a passion .
It is very annoying to use . It did a software update and now the wifi won't connect . I just want to scream at the thing . Nokia,, what were you thinking ????
Worst mobile purchase ever
Tried to use this wretched mobile. Purchased as a spare mobile. Changed sd cards from old Nokia. Keyboard on mobile was non existent. Internet search states to click on Virtual Keyboard. Went to Settings, Languages & Input, On -screen Keyboard was blank. There was no mention of a Virtual Keyboard. Cannot sent txt, cannot add contacts. Sought help from various mobile phone shops without success. A total waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY. I would not even rate 1 star.

I saw a price on this site of $389 and wonder where you paid that much? I bought mine at a Telstra shop and paid only $199, almost $200 less than you quote. For $199 it's great value, does everything I want and never falls over. Good camera, smooth and no lag at all.

Camera works perfectly, including nighttime. Brightness is great and easily adjusted. I use my phone for all my needs, like Facebook etc. Apps run easily on the phone. Great product

Questions & Answers
My Nokia seems to steal most of my data in constant upgrades even though I have auto upgrades switched off. Anyone else experiencing this? Makes it a very costly phone to own.
I use my Nokia 20 as a phone/texting only. I do not use the internet on the phone (switched off). I have been provided an amount for data usage which I do not use. YET, I regularly loose my data to supposed upgrades.
Thank you. That confirms what I thought. It's enough to cause me to get a new phone. Anyone got recommendation for a phone that doesn't take huge amounts of data.
