Hi. I think I remember reading that you can't, but I'm not sure! We bought ours from The Good Guys. My only suggestion is to check with whoever you purchased it from, or one of the other suppliers.

How can we get our money back as I'm to scared to use it for what is going on off them exploding in person faces? i have the receipt brought 3/1/16 please help me

You mean "I" with a capital and "too" in this context. The tip is ... Don't put hot liquids in these bullet style blenders as they build up pressure, that increase in pressure has to force out somewhere and if it isn't the seal, then it is the bearing that can be damaged by losing its lube.

Can I just buy the blade assembly and the cup?

You can purchase parts and attachments online through ninjakitchen.com but you are also up for overseas postage that way, so chances are it will be cheaper to buy the Nutri Ninja Slim locally as a complete item - they are a great price for what you get - and a new one will automatically come with a warranty.
Not that I know of. Suggest you see your retailer cheers

I need a new rubber seal from the blade part. Where can i purchase 1 please????

Measure it for diameter (inside and outside) and thickness. You need food grade O-ring. all over eBay. Cost a few dollars including delivery.
But right now, just borrow the gasket from the screw on lid, that you don't use.

How Smooth does it blend kale/spinach leaves?
2 answers
I have not tried but family member says it's really fine with spinach, No chunks.
I use spinach every day in mine, usually with banana apple and almonds but various smoothie recipes and it's very smooth even with the nuts. Have used Kale too but find it a bit strong tasting and have had the occaisional bit of stalk lurking in there
