Pathetic service
- Extremely slow response on any issues
- Rude staff
- No attempt to save owner monies
- Even for smallest issues you need to make 20 followups.
Hence makes the overall service pathetic and worst. wouldn't like to recommend to any one also will try my best to change the company.

Postive feedback
As our strata manager O'Connors is always responsive to our requests for repairs or general information. Ours is a small fairly inexperienced strata committee. Margaret O'Connor has excellent knowledge of the strata legislation and extensive industry experience which she is always willing to share with us and provide guidance when needed. Margaret and her staff are lovely to deal with, always polite, professional and helpful.

Pathetic!
Our building has been with this mob for some time. Since June 18, we have had 5 strata managers. What the heck goes on in that place??? Why do they not keep staff? The only decent person there was the receptionist, and now she seems to have disappeared!! Is this the reason that our strata fees are so high, as all they do is charge and charge and charge! This had a major part in me selling and moving on so that I did not have to deal with them any more!! Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with and the two old women that run the show need to retire....make way for competent management.

Terrible service, arrogant Property Managers
Number of issues in the common area which affected my townhouse.. despite many phone calls, emails finally order was issued - but no follow up until job finished. No job updates to the owners and very arrogant response from the one in-charge of our property. Levy is also too high! Am going to lodge a complaint with Fairtrade NSW. Worthless company.

Disgraced
It's a disgraced company for service. They never listen to owners' feedback and have increased the levy many times during the last 10 years without a really good service. I don't like to do any business with this company at all.

Hopeless
This company is absolutely hopeless, after numerous calls & emails regarding two leaks in our apartment submitting numerous quotes I’m still waiting 6months later, both leaks have no access as they back on to common walls. The staff is extremely rude especially the woman who answers the phone. The managers are either sick on holidays or never in the office I can’t understNd how you can run a company with NO STAFF! I would never recommend this company to any one. I am now taking my matter to fair trading after the woman on the reception hung up on me & when I called back put me on hold never to return to the call.

Very poor admin and slow and incompetent
Slow, incompetent and badly managed. Admin is confused and comparatively much more expensive than comparable managers. We are going elsewhere due to endlessly frustration and inadequate service.

Thank God For Property Managers!
I'll just mention one of the various times I've had to deal with this company.
In our garage there was a leak with an unknown fluid dripping onto one of our cars. It was later found out to be coming through a badly waterproofed garden right above our garage. After calling O'Connors about this, it was suggested that we park our car outside and that there was no eta on when this would get fixed. Basically it took approx 6 weeks for them to get this sorted out and in the end all they did was a work around, not a fix.
Suggesting to park your car outside and taking a very long time to get a quote/fix is not good customer service!

My strata manager is very observant, she averted huge financial loss for our building...
I have been with this strata manager for many years now, and initially found my experience quite frustrating !!! Very upset with this manager, because she was one who never complied with my requests!!! In fact, one time I got fed up, I just went ahead anyway - got my tradesmen to do a SIMPLE job. is actually very important for Owners Corporation to eliminate unforeseen accidents and reckless behaviours in the building ...Had I done the homework she had asked me; Had I given her all paperwork as requested, then that shoddy tradesmen I had hired, would be covered by insurance....So, I later went back to her, and this time I took her advice !! and was so glad that I had avoided law suit and more negative repercussions ! Most horrible service, Never ever suggests this company to anyone in my life. This company likes to look after themselves first rather than other customers who pay them to get the job done. Last financial year’s strata manager was so rude, no respect, hopeless and don’t know how to deal with customer; Not only that she didn’t know anything about building which I asked few reports.

Saved me special levy
Thanks to the strata manager listening to me and for understanding my opinion on the render defects we saved over $400,000 redoing our render in stages rather than in bulk. We would of had to move if the major works took place so I am so thankful! The works being done are a fraction of the price and will keep the building up to code and shopping around 4 quotes and getting the right person for the job was the trick also.

It's a honey pot
Its very difficult to come out of the contract once you are in. Extremely expensive, cheating with many sub-items and most terrible service. Never ever recommend this service to anyone.

Trust?
A company that has its business first and customers last. If i had to think of a company I hate the most, it would be this one. They have cosey relationships with their contractors and some privileged EC members, others don't rate, even though they pay the same fees. Their company uses methods similar to what you would experience in bali for first timers. Incompetent is putting it mildly.
They have been incompetent and slow. They don't communicate important information with the EC. They keep you in the dark about their plans and timelines. They like to put you off over and over again hoping that you will tire of the issue and stop ringing. But don't ring do everything via email otherwise they will have no memory of a conversation and no record no matter how important. They lie. They are rude. And the one I have now has no idea what she is doing and my solicitor finds her requests "very odd" and has cautioned me. They don't care if they have stuffed you around. No point complaining. No point reporting anything, it won't get done or approved even if it is urgent and you are paying for it.
