What is your email address? No way to contact you. Your online form has errors saying the code is incorrect. Your phone service keeps saying press this number then invalid selection. Cannot seem to make contact in any way to find out when my daughter will receive the rest of her order from two months ago!

Hi, I have call number of times and have sent four emails in the last few weeks. As at today I have not received any communication from Office Max.
One item from my order is not delivered- calculater, one item I was trying to cancel straight after I have paid for the order.

I ordered after the 31/12 and called to cancel my order because I won't get it on time. I received an invoice for a small part of the order and called and was told it wasn't cancelled. I want my money back because I have already purchased some products elsewhere. No one is emailing me back. I was told if I got an invoice it will be posted but I haven't received and email with tracking details. Can someone let me know what is going on? I can't call and wait on hold again. Thanks

Try contacting them through Facebook Messenger - they are called OfficeMax and Winc. They are really quick at replying on there and helpful. Good luck.

Try calling them. Or message them on messenger. But the standard response is that they trying to get orders out but cannot promise it will happen before school starts. My friend ordered in Nov and still has not received her full order. Im thinking of cancelling and going to source stationery elsewhere. This whole thing is a complete and absolute nightmare. I will never ever use them again.
or the excuse of, order goes missing between the different parts of the warehouse.
