On meeting Warren, i was a bit apprehensive. His attention to details and explanation of the work required allayed some concerns. However the quote magnified my scepticism, but in our discussions he was very accommodating and reasonable. I was updated about when the ordered parts will arrive and when the plumber will arrive. Both Andrew and Steven were punctual. were very polite, and informative. Very impressed with tidying up after work was completed. Their work ethic and mannerism are highly commended. Due to a delay in funds coming through i was given the option of delayed payment, which was much appreciated. True gentlemen and professionals.

I always look for customer service first. Even the point of call with the receptionist Natalie was a pleasant one. From there I was put at ease. As promised I received a call about an hour prior to Malik arriving. A very polite young man. Assessed the situation and off he went - fixed the blockage and also kindly helped me with a little issue ( because I have no plumbing skills at all ! ) with a toilet cistern. Malik is an asset, as it is really hard these days to find good trades people. Thank you Malik, I hope Omega Home services appreciate you.

Should have read reviews before calling Omega. Experts at marketing and taking advantage of silly, old, easily influenced dumbasses like me! Work that should have cost around $1000 to $1200 finished up being charged almost $3000! Lesson learnt- ALWAYS get second quote for any plumbing work.

I am very impressed with the service I received by Omega. The plumber rang to give me his ETA and arrived in that time. The work was a little difficult at times because new taps, shower, bath and basin spouts were being installed in a 45 yr old bathroom. The plumber was patient and had to return a second day to complete the work at no extra cost. He cleaned up nicely after completing the job. Yes, a little pricey but work well done.

Similar experience to many other reviewers. Had them look at a toilet that seemed to be blocking. Original phone quote for $200 max for investigations. On inspection they advised further work needed and quoted $2,000. Fortunately I had a second opinion who advised no further work was required. Took some negotiation to get some of the money I had already paid refunded and ended up paying $600 to have a pipe inspected and cleared. Would not recommend them

Plumbers aren’t on time, need to be followed up, they over charge and recommend non-urgent work as though it is an emergency. They will rip you off, I would not recommend them. Please read the reviews there is similar theme happening across way too many people. Shop around as you will save $$$

Received quote for the replacement of a garbage disposal for $1650 from Omega. Garbage disposal sold at Bunnings for $249. "Labour $1400". Another plumber quoted $1500 for the most powerful garbage disposal which rrp $1200. Labour $300. Wanted $2800 for a hot water system which we purchased elsewhere for $1800. It is not a fractional difference but each time Omega charges about $1000 more. Don't pay rip off membership either. They call you to do free check. Nothing free about Omega. Have tried to take advantage of the elderly / pensioners. I have trained mum to call me before committing. Stay away. So angry. SHAME.

Arrived late, claimed they were incapable of completing any of the work (one of the jobs was as simple as unblocking a toilet), charged a call out fee. Disgraceful cowboys.

I would not recommend this to anyone. Please avoid them and save your hard earned money. They are extremely expensive and will find every opportunity to rip you off by using scared tactics and not proving an honest guidance. I was given a quote to fix a drainage which was 10 times more expensive and second option was 7 times more expensive compared to the other plumbing company.

I recently had to have a broken sewage pipe replaced near the main outlet. It meant having to dig up about one and a half meters of my yard and two down pipes and about a meter of sewage pipe replaced. We wanted it done urgently so we agreed to pay what we consider a very inflated price. The work took about four (at the most) working days. The cost nearly $15,000. We were supposed to have two pipes put down to the sewer out let, but the workers seem not to liaise with each other, so they forgot one of the pipes. Also [name removed] was supposed to come back to check the remaining pipe for blockages, but guess what?. Seems like they had their money so they don't mind burning bridges. Would I ever hire them again? When Hell freezes over!

This is absolutely terrible company in Thornleigh. I am living in the Hills. You pay the higher price and got bad service.
They charge me $9600 for half meter digging and replace 1 meter pipe, 3 times of local plumner price. Promise me can finish in 2 days, but after one day coming, second time is after 1.5 weeks. They always make excuse for delay. And always ask you to pay the balance before the job done. After you make payment, no one care about you.
I do not know the relationship between Omegan and Super Drain. I call Super Drain but Omegan guys coming. Anyone have same issue,please come together.

The plumber from Omega Home Services Plumbing tried to charge my Dad $3414 to fix a leaky pipe in his backyard. He was horrified.

After a sleepless night, he got a second quote from another plumber. This plumber only wanted to charge him $300. It's safe to say that my Dad was gobsmacked by how different his two quotes were. Having received a more reasonable quote, he gave the plumber the go-ahead to start work.

It has been a few weeks now and the pipe has stayed fixed.

The bottom line is that if you are considering Omega Home Services Plumbing, please get a second opinion. Who knows much much you might save...

Kevin & Michael carried out their jobs competently and effectively; all is now in order. The work was done quietly (while I had lunch!) and the system should now last for a further few years.

Joe was very professional and thorough, explained what he was doing, cleaned up when he was finished and tested all the circuits to make sure all were working so we were confident that all was OK.

Cameron B and Alex arrived on time and after inspecting the job they quickly got to work. Two old fan/lights were removed and replaced, two old external lights and a broken bathroom heat lamp were all replaced and a new smoke detector was installed. The men worked quietly, quickly and without fuss. They were friendly, courteous and obliging. Each area was swept and all rubbish was removed. We will use Omega Home Services again and we particularly thank Cameron B and Alex for their professional attitude to their work. Well done!
