As what most said about this Company, they will ripped you off. They gave me quote to put chemicals into my sewer line to kill the roots at $ 1400 mark and another Plumber did the same job plus the Locator or Camera at $ 250.00

Andrew and Steven came prepared to cut concrete, dig and repair damaged pipes. They were polite, well mannered and cleaned up the sight to its original state. Thanks for a job well done!

Mitch was awesome. Our water heater broke down prior to family coming to stay. Mitch sorted us out with a same day install and was super helpful with payment plans etc

Dishwasher drain was blocked and I got Omega to come and clear for me. The service plumber Mitch was excellent. He repaired the drainage issue and provided the Omega free safety check. This exposed a number of health and safety issues that I needed to resolve with my ageing home. I have also now signed up for Gold membership with Omega.

I had Mathew V the tech and he arrived on time and provided an excellent service on clearing my storm water drain. I would happily recommend them to my friends and family in the future

Very quick response. In fact, the only company responded my emergency request during Christmas. On time service. All term explained professionally. Neatly finished work. The only thing is price is not competitive. But you get what you pay.

Romer helped us to replace a new hot/cold tap in the kitchen. He was very professional, thorough, friendly and tidy. He checked carefully to make sure the new tap working well before he left.

Fast and efficient service trades arrived at agreed time ...and all work completed within a couple of hours .we had our gas hws replaced ..as it was early january 2020 we were concerned about having to wait on the new hws this was allieviated once all work was cometed becore 11am the same day as the initial call out ..our trades for the installation ray and romer were polite and efficient in the completion of their work and cleaned up after themselves
