I’m very happy with Omega’s services. They turned up when they said they would and provided me with options for fixing my plumbing problem. I highly recommend Omega for your home service needs.

Repair service man??? Salesman!

I smelled gas leak around my gas meter and outdoor heater area, based on the reasonable review here I call Omega Services for help.

Upon inspection the service man told me the leak came from the Gas Meter area and he is NOT allowed to touch them and he will notify related area to fix it.

On top of that he provided 5 different quotes ranging from adding extra ventilation to a "Outdoor Gas Heater" to replacing the entire Gas Water Heater.

I ask him to look at at Rain water switch as well, and the quote is $1...

As what most said about this Company, they will ripped you off. They gave me quote to put chemicals into my sewer line to kill the roots at $ 1400 mark and another Plumber did the same job plus the Locator or Camera at $ 250.00

Andrew and Steven came prepared to cut concrete, dig and repair damaged pipes. They were polite, well mannered and cleaned up the sight to its original state. Thanks for a job well done!

Omega were called and Mitch arrived, punctually. He was professional & informative with a lovely manner. Gave scenario and options for repairs.
Steve arrived on time to complete the work. Again very nice young man who did repairs efficiently.
Would have both back again.

Mitch was awesome. Our water heater broke down prior to family coming to stay. Mitch sorted us out with a same day install and was super helpful with payment plans etc

Dishwasher drain was blocked and I got Omega to come and clear for me. The service plumber Mitch was excellent. He repaired the drainage issue and provided the Omega free safety check. This exposed a number of health and safety issues that I needed to resolve with my ageing home. I have also now signed up for Gold membership with Omega.

I had Mathew V the tech and he arrived on time and provided an excellent service on clearing my storm water drain. I would happily recommend them to my friends and family in the future

Very quick response. In fact, the only company responded my emergency request during Christmas. On time service. All term explained professionally. Neatly finished work. The only thing is price is not competitive. But you get what you pay.

Romer helped us to replace a new hot/cold tap in the kitchen. He was very professional, thorough, friendly and tidy. He checked carefully to make sure the new tap working well before he left.

Fast and efficient service trades arrived at agreed time ...and all work completed within a couple of hours .we had our gas hws replaced ..as it was early january 2020 we were concerned about having to wait on the new hws this was allieviated once all work was cometed becore 11am the same day as the initial call out ..our trades for the installation ray and romer were polite and efficient in the completion of their work and cleaned up after themselves

They plumber could not arrive at the agreed time and was late. He offered me to replace a dual button cistern outlet valve at $935 and a one-year membership at $110. The total cost would be $1149. It includes labor cost and GST but no warranty.
The value usually costs less than $100 from warehouse and it can be replaced in 5 minutes. Obviously $1149 was very expensive. I rejected it and only paid the call out fee $79. I wanted to pay by cash but he did not have change. Then I paid by credit card.
I hired another plumber elsewhere and he could replace the valve at a much cheaper and reasonable cost.

Jarryd was very thorough, efficient and fixed our plumbing problem that day. He was also super friendly, helpful and tidy. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our plumbing.

From start to finish the problem was dealt with efficiently and with minimum disruption. Thanks to Warren who worked out the most suitable plan of action for a complicated situation!

Showed up on time, guy was nice and professional however the cheapest option they provided was to fix our leaking tap for $500, utterly ridiculous. We will never use again.

We had the Omega Plumbing service come out and without even checking they started pushing towards replacing all our sewage pipes for a cost of nearly $18 000. We decided to get a second opinion but in the meantime they had written up a contract and taken our credit card details, however we did not sign for anything as we stated that we wanted a second opinion. Unbelievably they had already arranged payment with a loan company and were taking money out from out bank account with the credit card provided. Nothing was signed for and no go ahead wa...

Being a Sunday and having a blocked sewer that was overflowing the toilet didn't stop Robert. By the time I called and booked I was the last job of the day and arriving at the arranged time 5pm Robert got straight into it. Jet blaster / camera scope to try and locate the fault. The issue was complex and over the course of the next few days Robert tirelessly dug his way to find my sewer fault 1500mm below solid concrete. The whole time being upfront with costs and going the extra mile when it was found to be fault of an external provider. Never relenting until the fault was finally identified and fix in place.
Constantly updating by calls as I was offsite during the repairs and keeping my wife updated.

I phoned on a Sunday morning due to a blocked sewer line and was initially impressed that someone would come at 2pm that same day. I then received a polite call advising that due to some complications at other jobs they couldn't make the appointment but rescheduled it to 8am the following day and apologised for the inconvenience. Pretty good customer service so far. So the next day comes and my wife stays at home until around midday when she has to leave. I then get a call saying someone is on their way. Cancelled appointment and no word from anyone. Pathetic service. Dont make promises you cant keep.
