In 2013 we moved our SMSF to Online Super Fund after investigating multiple SMSF providers and being dissatisfied with our current provider at the time. Online Super are not rigid in their requirements and allow us to run our SMSF as it suits our needs. The yearly costs are reasonable and not excessive. They promptly respond to any queries that we submit and provide the audit report and financial statement in a timely manner. Over the last six years, they have not given me any reason to complain.

We transferred our SMSF accounts to Online Super in June 2016. Since then Online Super have completed four annual returns and updated our trust deed. Interacting with Online Super by e-mail has been very easy as their systems are timely and easy to use. I'm very happy with OSF, I recently transferred my SMSF and have now completed the first tax return. I live in Melbourne, they're based in Perth, we did it all by email. It actually went pretty smoothly, better than I expected.
