Can't fix it in your account. Give them a call on the phone. They are easy to deal with.

Approx. $160 immediate payment, followed by 6 fortnightly payments of $107. Basically, 20% upfront and the balance divided by 6.

I did simple and complex google searches. I held my tongue to the left and the right. Still not cannot locate the answer to this question. There is no search function on the website, and is most certainly not listed ‘clearly’ anywhere.

Go to the app and in the top right corner of it tap, then next to your name is a cog/symbol which is settings, tap the cog and half way down the next page is your home address details and your contact information. Hope this helps. Thanks

This company is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to successfully using it. By the time I finally got it working I didnt even want to use it anymore. I just use latitude pay and after pay now. Openpay seem hell bent on going out of business.

Had the same problem scanning the code, then realised they were scanning it too close. Worked after that.

The code can be entered in manually if your phone has a cracked screen or it won’t scan. Bunnings has done it for me many times.

Hi I am going to use open pay for car repairs and i have been given the increase of 3000 that i have requested but i am at thos stage unaware of how much i will need to spend from it .. but I am wondering how long do you get to pay off any larger amounts e.g. the whole 3000

1 answer
troopeacestraya
troopeacestraya

Take a screenshot of the quoted extra amount as they do expire, I’m not sure if it’s 2 weeks or 28 days but it does expire. No stress you can apply again to have the amount or you can increase the amount, you may not need the whole amount but it’s there in case. I’ve used Openpay for car repairs around $2500 and only 6 payments left. I did mine in 2 plans as I couldn’t get the needed amount until I paid the last plan.

How long did it take to unlock it? What did you have to do?

troopeacestraya
troopeacestraya

The computer does this automatically when someone makes a few extra payments, they need to verify that you are whom you say you are. Once you email and talk to them the account will be back up within 24/48 hours.

Do you mean increased amount? You need 20% of original purchase to get goods, once plans paid off you can apply for higher limits.

20% cash in your account tied to the key card linked to it. It’s always 20% of the original purchase cost.
