Great little machine and a spectacular price. Would never pay for a Thermomix but after weighing up the pros and cons took the plunge and couldn't be happier.
Small hiccup on the third day when heating ceased to work. A day of negating my own incompetence as a possibility I was quickly provided with a full replacement within a couple of days.

A friend had found this machine as she had already purchased something else from them at another time. She told me how good they were to deal with and we were both looking for the "thermo" style cooking appliance, so with the new year sale, we both had to buy one!! It has helped so much with preparation and cooking in the kitchen. I have used it every day since I received it and love it. I have made many of my regular recipes by adapting a bit for this machine but have also made lots of new things. My husband has commented on two of my regular meals that they were better out of the Thermocook! This one is a keeper!

I had put off purchasing this kind of machine for ages due to the price tag of the competition that I would have purchased. I had the froothie blender and loved it so when I saw the New Years special I thought what a great price and what have I got to lose? Well I am in love with my purchase! Totally converted to this way of cooking! Everything is so simple and I am still yet to explore so much more!! Yes intergrated scales would have been awesome but they aren't worth the additional $$. I would recommend this machine to anyone!

Somone I know bought an Optimum blender via Froothie, and managed to talk me into buying this .
The Thermocook does exactly what it says on the box, no problems. The only downside I've found is that it can be a little loud, however I've noticed it is either on par with, or quieter than, my aunt's Thermomix.
Pastry in under 30 seconds? Effortless Risotto? The Thermocook does it all, and does it well.

I bought the Optimum Thermocook because I have opened a cafe in a shopping centre and we can not use a stove or a grill so this one is perfect...it does everything I need it to do and can not live without it now. What a wonder machine, I am telling all my friends about it!

Use to have a cheaper version which i loved but after nine months it stopped heating can't complain as i received my money back. Saw Froothie had a thermocook which was on special
Have one of there juicers and a blender so knew product would be well made and the service excellent and also they have a 30 days money back so ordered one. Wow it is well made and works well have used it every day since. It help getting things ready for Christmas, really love how you put ingredients in set time speed and heat leave it come back later - all cooked.
